Over the years, we have had two problems that were becoming a headache for us and Casco. Unknown to us, an exterior basement door had been struck by a contractor working in the house. Everything looked fine but the door kept tripping the system. It was finally discovered that when a heavy wind blew, the door would flex just enough to activate the system. Once we figured the problem it was quickly fixed with no further issues. The other problem is humorous now. A big spider was hiding in the ceiling and when dropping down in front of the sensor, was just big enough to trigger it. When he was rehomed our activation problems ended.

The Business Office has called and I have asked for them to mail me an invoice each time. Yesterday they sent me a ledger of charges going back to 06/2023. Where are the invoices? I still have not received any invoices and today an email from the business office is agreeing to split the late fees. The Business Manager replied to an email that I assume was not directed to come to me and to a member of the accounting team. The message stated "Looking back at the few emails regarding Tuxedos K9 no where do I see him asking to stop auto pay. And you are correct he is not a nice person." Class Act customer service! So where are my invoices and is this so difficult! Am I the only business that requires an invoice to pay for services?

Just got off the phone with Roxanne, I could tell that I was not the first person to complain. I felt bad that she had to listen to me.
