My favorite red in Arizona, we have been coming here since 2006 and their service is incredible with prices you cannot beat. Viv's is a truly special place with people that make you feel at home.

Great service, food was good, big portions. Will definitely come back. They had a nice patio and it was dog friendly inside and out.

Solid diner breakfast spot - food is reasonably priced, and comes out quickly, and the staff is lovely! The food is good overall (the only exception was the hashbrowns came a bit undercooked our first time there but the other dishes made up for it) - our favorites are: - Denver omelette: glad I went with the suggestion to also have their fresh salsa with this because it added an extra fresh flavor and was tasty! You can choose your sides (hashbrowns and toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc) - the buttered sourdough was great. - Corned beef hash: my husband ordered it extra crispy and prepared like we like it; the pancakes on the side were fluffy - solid diner pancakes We've been here twice - definitely adding Viv's to our go-to breakfast spots on the east side of town!

GREAT DINER! Shoutout to Jill, she's awesome! She made us delicious milkshakes to start. I got the South Of The Border omelet and it was so good! I asked for a side of sour cream too. The food was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend got a dish that came with gravy, and it is some bomb white gravy! This place gets pretty packed on a Sunday morning so plan ahead. They always have great specials daily. Come try it out!

A couple things to note: this isn't a very large space. Much of the shop is taken up by the coffee roasting and grinding equipment, along with bean storage. Seating is limited to a few two-top tables, one larger six-person table, and a standing-room-only shelf for about 3-4 people that has a single power outlet. If you're planning to get work done and need reliable Wi-Fi or easy access to power, this may not be the ideal setup. The layout is a bit funky, and the Wi-Fi was spotty during my visit, which made it frustrating to work online. I did mention this to the staff, and they were already aware and had Comcast scheduled to come out later that day. That said, if you're just here to chat and enjoy a good cup of coffee, Savaya works well--as long as you can snag a seat. The coffee was excellent and the service was friendly and thoughtful. The barista even asked if I wanted room for creamer and, after I added some, topped off my mug for free. Refills are only $1, which is a nice touch. Parking is in a strip mall, so it wasn't much of an issue. Overall, great coffee and service, but limited space and unreliable Wi-Fi keep this at four stars for me.

LBP's bakers make the sublime goods that I recall from back then. Their crust is crunchy/chewy and their bread is substantial, yet cloud-like. Miches, baguettes, epis, loaves, rolls, croissants, & special flavors; all are highest quality bread. And their cake & pastries? Sainte vache! They have fluffy cream puffs, creamy eclairs, yummy cookies, flavorful pies, and more. And don't get me started on their cupcakes, which are moist and tender and even better when they're Cosmic. There is something indescribably delicious about the apple and cherry Crisps. *Chef's Kiss* The staff at La Baguette Parisienne is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly kind. On my last visit, I managed to take an epic fall (really more of a clumsy crumple) that included pushing a rolling counter across part of the store. My middle name is "Grace". The owner, Kim, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (nor could the customers there at the time, so I guess kindness attracts kindness). She helped me to get up and was gracious regarding my minor rearrangement of her shop and cheerful enough that I went from embarrassment to laughter in record time. My late beloved Mama found this lovely, cute bake shop decades ago when they first opened, and she was a delighted weekly customer whenever she was at her east-side Tucson home. I hope to carry on her tradition, if less frequently from my UA-area home, until my time on the planet is done (bury me with a plain large Miche, a Cherry Crisp, and a Cosmic Cupcake, please). Highly recommend!

When my husband received our drink order and tasted his, he told me it didn't taste right. (He orders the same thing at every place, a vanilla latte) He asked the employees if it was the correct coffee and let them know it did not taste right. Instead of remaking it or apologizing to rectify the issue, they were rude and unopologetic. The employee told him, that's how we make it here and that they would not remake it. They also said they have plenty of customers, so us not returning would not hurt their business. This is now the second time my husband has not had the best experience at this location. I did taste his vanilla latte and it tastes like dirty milk. I'm disappointed in their service and now the coffee as well. I'm sad to leave this review. My husband and I use to come here quite often. We have recently been visiting many of the small locally owned coffee stores around Tucson. One, to broaden our coffee buds and two, to support the local small businesses. This is one we will not be returning to.

We were waited on soon after sitting down and ordered a drink. There is a broad drink menu but I had the coffee latte with the hazelnut flavor. I had the coffee poured while the milk was steaming and when it came it stayed warm enough to last through a couple of cups. We both had the bubble waffle with clotted cream and strawberries. It was certainly delicious but would have loved even more strawberries. We each had a side of bacon also. The flavors for the waffle with the were really good. The waffle is large and couldn't eat all of it but ate all the strawberries and put a dent in the clotted cream. Our server was attentive throughout the meal and we enjoyed our meal. One drawback at the location is the limited parking. For some reason there is a lot of restricted parking so can't get that close to the restaurant. What we've tried so far: - Croque Madame: my husband's favorite of the dishes we've tried, the sausage gravy that tops the sandwich is delicious and it's very filling - Country Chicken: fried chicken breasts served on top of biscuits and topped with sausage gravy (which was a bit overwhelming in amount, my dad said he would probably ask for it on the side in the future but liked the dish), comes with a side of fried potatoes - Morning grilled cheese: fancy take on grilled cheese on challah bread which my mom loved - Veggie omelet: standard but tasty omelet, filled with mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, and cheese (recommend some Tapatio or other sauce to add more flavor), comes with side of challah toast, butter, and jam - Avocado toast: pretty good, but not amazing, served on sourdough - Savory Dutch baby: huge portion, served in a cast iron skillet, interesting mixed of sweetness from the pancake and salty and spiciness of sausage and cheese, it was worth trying but not sure if I'd get it again - I'd probably try the sweet Dutch baby next time Recommend stopping by Teaspoon of you're looking for a spot to bring guests in the northeast side of town!
