We are always on the hunt for a local breakfast joint, and this place did not disappoint. They were consistently busy but turning tables quickly. Our waitress was very kind and kept our coffee topped off. This is definitely a locals only place with advertisements on the table. We will be back for a solid breakfast meal!

Food was delicious! Service, Great, Cleanliness, needs improvement. Prices were okay. $44 for Huevos Rancheros / French Toast, Sausage, 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns. 2-Coffees/ Chocolate Milk. Just a hole in the wall kinda diner in a strip mall. Will we be back, maybe. With so many choices in Tucson, it best be Exceptional for a repeat.

This is my go-to for a delicious home cooked breakfast, brunch, and dessert! It's seat yourself when you walk in and all the staff is really friendly. Little to no wait time to get our drink order in and our waitress came around to check on us and my coffee cup was refilled when needed. It's not fancy but it's a really nice and relaxing place to enjoy a meal or go to celebrate a special occasion. I'm pretty simple, scrambled eggs with bacon, hash browns, and toast for me. Their pancakes, french toast, and dessert is delicious too. Also, their prices are on point! Definitely will be back!

Classic breakfast spot with lots of charming signs on the walls. Great prices on the early bird special! Despite the name, I wasn't expecting to love a piece of buttered toast in the morning. It was perfectly toasted with salted butter. I spread some jam on it, and it was delightful. I felt like Mercy Watson craving that hot buttered toast all day. I'm not a breakfast person usually. Service is excellent. We were in and out in under 30 minutes before a day of work. I'd definitely return. There's ample parking and plenty of seats too.

Always a great experience! Prices are great, the service is excellent, and the food is so delicious. You're in, you're out, you're full!

If you come before 9, you can order from the early bird specials. We just missed that but were able to still order breakfast. This place is becoming a breakfast must when we visit our son. Ok school diner decor. The pies here are huge for a slice. They are a meal by themselves. The waitresses back each other up checking on our table which was so nice. They have Splenda!

Menu as of 25 Aug 2025.

I had the pork tenderloin which was a processed Patty but tasty enough that I may have it again. They serve it topped with a bland brown gravy. If there's a next time I'll have to ask for white gravy. The mashed potatoes were definitely real as they were chunky but also missing something. Not creamy or buttery. The vegetable of the day was boiled carrots with no extra flavoring. Not bad, not great, at least they weren't sweetened. The best part was the pie. I had their coconut cream and it was really delicious. Overall a bland meal with the pie as the star.

I'm so happy to have found this place ! You order at the counter and there is plenty of seating. I ordered the tri-color Vietnamese dessert called Chè Ba Mau, which translates literally to tri-color dessert. Chè is a traditional category of Vietnamese desserts that can range from sweet soups to puddings, and it often combines various beans, jellies, and fruits with coconut milk and shaved ice, traditionally. This particular one here consists of coconut milk, pandan agar jelly, red beans, and water chestnut coated in tapioca. The hubby ordered the grass jelly and coconut milk dessert. The grass jelly has a mild herbal depth and it is balanced beautifully by the smooth, lightly sweet coconut milk. Both are equally refreshing and sweet, with quality ingredients that really make it satisfying on a hot Tucson day. I absolutely will be returning here for future Vietnamese desserts!!

You could dress up or down. I got the Godfather BLT Sando with a side of the Loaded baked potato soup and it was so delicious. Seriously, it was so flavorful and filling and so good!! My cousin go the Avo-Loaded Omelet and it was also pretty tasty. My other cousin got the BLT Sando sandwich with a side of Tomato Soup and it was good although I did prefer the sandwich I got more. My other cousin got the RealGood Chilaquiles and they were good too. We decided to get a stack of Chocolate Chip Pancakes for the table but we were so full we could only eat a bit! They were big and yummy!! Along with our food, we decided to try some specialty drinks although I don't see them on the menu but one of them was a pineapple orange juice with sparkling water and it was very very good. The other drink we got was just a fizzy orange juice and it tastes exactly how you can imagine! Definitely get the pineapple one! Overall, we had a great experience and delicious food and I hope to be back soon to try different things on the menu!

I ordered the Montecristo sandwich, and really did not enjoy the sourdough bread with that. You could really taste the soreness of the bread, and that pairing with the rest of the ingredients in the sandwich just tasted it to me. Our server also was really offputting. She didn't deliver our food together, and offered no explanation as to why until she was asked. She then let us know that the food was coming, but it would've been nice to know when she came initially and dropped off the rest of the food. She also seemed to be in a rush and had an attitude, which was unpleasant. I think there are so many brunch options in Tucson, it would be difficult for me to decide to come to this one again.

We have been coming here for over ten years, either as a couple or when my work has events. They can be a little pricy, but it is an amazing location with charm. There is interior and outside seating. You order at the counter with menus provided to review. You WILL be tempted by the pastries. It is mostly sandwiches and salads...and pastry. The drinks are soft drinks, teas and limited alcohol. Food is always well presented, and they do accommodate changes. Staff are friendly but also busy. Did I mention the charm, the adobe rooms have tables and the decor bring the experience together. It can be loud at times, but not overwhelming. Definitely visit, especially if doing the courthouse tour, the Presidio or Old Town shops, other hidden downtown gems.

Lots of nature themed paintings and photographs. I also really like their patio. I had the smoked beet sandwich and replaced the goat cheese with extra pumpkin seed-pistachio- sesame spread to make it vegan. It comes with seasoned fries/ green salad with herb vinaigrette/ or today's side a vegan potato salad. I chose the green salad with herb vinaigrette and really appreciated it had some pumpkin seeds too. They also gave me a sample of the potato salad but I liked the other food I had better. My understanding is that they use frozen potatoes for the fries vs fresh ones but season them with a seasoning mix. The pumpkin seed-pistachio- sesame spread in the sandwich was called "tahini" on the menu but it seems like it was sesame seeds in it not ground tahini paste. The sandwich was really yummy and great for summer. Ordering the first round is at the bar counter but once you are seated after your first order you can order more from the staff. I hear that there is a line to order at the more popular times but there was not a line when I was there. They had lots of great looking baked good. One was vegan and gluten free. Great place to have food at while visiting the Tucson Museum of Art. They share a small free parking lot. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!
