People get fired over things like this. I placed an order over a week ago, and everything went through via their web portal with no issues. Then, about a week later, on the day of the original delivery estimate, I still see "Order Processing" for my order on their Web site. Puzzled by this, I initiate an inquiry, only to be told that my order cannot be processed AT ALL due to size restrictions for the material requested. I received no word from the company as to this issue. As of today (and until the inquiry that I initiated), I assumed that everything was humming along with my my order and delivery was imminent. After ordering a 36x24 print from another company and being disappointed in the grainy/blurry result, I spent months trying to figure out who to use for another photo of my favorite vacation spot. I found Vivynx through an online ad then saw they had great reviews across the internet. I ordered the same size print for under $35 and it was beautiful! I liked that I could choose different varieties of paper type and shine levels (satin, matte, glossy). The site also asked me to crop the photo as needed so that it looked high quality as intended. FRAUDULENT COMPANY! RIPPED ME OFF FOR OVER $100! I ordered 10 posters and did not receive my member discount on their new website. I called their customer service line (which I believe is located in India) and spoke with Christian who signs his emails as "Christo." He promised that he would refund my $102.03. He LIED and never did! I then demanded to speak to a manager there. A guy named "Richard" who claimed to be the "Brand Associate" said he would call me. He never did and I actually doubt he even exists. I emailed and called these guys for over 40 days and the never refunded me. They have now stopped replying to my emails and my calls go straight to voicemail. I have been a customer of theirs for years and spent a lot of money with them only to get treated like this! read more

I am currently disputing a 2 orders with this company, I ordered $392 of prints and all but 3 came out dark. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs and I have never experience such a LACK of customer services and downright lies. Many of these photos were already on their site, they transferred from their old site to their new site, and the same photos when purchased last year were fine. They tried to tell me it was my computer, but I downloaded the exact files directly from their website ,printed on 2 different printers from 4 different computers and all my prints from THIER files printed fine. They closed my dispute lying saying it was resolved when it was not. From other reviews from folks who were also long time costumer's it seems they are doing this quite often, even trying to "wait out " the clock in hopes the dispute time will expire and they don't have to resolve. They did offer a discount on my next order- but what good would that do when their photo quality would be the same. I have spent countless hours trying to get them to simply download the photos and print on a personal computer so they can see what I see, but they refuse- just more BS and emails that say wait...wait more...while they are waiting for me to give up. Not gonna happen! This Company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT EVEN WITH LONG TIME CUSTOMERS! Frustrated and Disappointed! Can't leave zero stars. Apparently VIVYX has decided that customer service is no longer important. After receiving an order I instantly realized that they failed to include the floating frame. After speaking with them and providing images they informed me that they felt that they had fullfilled the order properly but if I wanted to order again with the frame that I had paid for but not received they would give me a 15% discount!! Sorry but I don't pay for your mistakes. Fortunately AMEX immediately issued a charge back. The icing was whe VIVYX became indignant over the fact that I initiated the charge back after they indicated that they would not rectify THEIR mistake. Too bad. As a professional photographer they were my go to vendor. Not any longer. VIVYX just lost a long time customer and a great deal of money. read more

I never received my $250 order. After chatting with "Christo" (who I'm pretty sure is the only person working at this "company"), I was told my order was delivered. I placed my order on 11/7 and my shipping/billing address was in Chicago, IL. Christo sends me a tracking link that says my order was delivered to Costa Mesa, CA on 11/3...so basically I was sent a fake tracking link. When I called him out, he sent me another tracking link (this time to Chicago on 11/10) which I knew was fake at this point. I asked to speak with someone other than Christo 3 times and he never acknowledged the request. This company is fraudulent and scammed me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. read more

Submitted my order for three 15x20 canvas prints on a Sunday for pick-up. Website said order would be done by Friday, but I was able to pick them up Wednesday. Website software is easy enough to use but could use some updates. Customer service could improve for pick-up orders. Overall I got a quality product, exactly what I ordered and faster then expected. Extremely disappointed with the prints I received. See attached photos for the low quality print with stripe marks due to low ink all over the 3 prints I ordered. It was so frustrating to communicate with Gary Gonzal, their customer specialist. He kept dismissing the blatant issues I pointed out email after email. After 10 emails back and forth, he said he would refund me back, but that was a lie as the refund was never issued. I do not recommend this company. read more

This company has become increasingly disappointing. In the beginning, I absolutely loved loved, loved them on so many levels as a photographer. It was great to have a company I could count on in a pinch, accompany that almost catered to photographers, and they were good at what they did. and then they apparently decided they needed to update their website and outsource their customer service. Now they have customer service that is the most atrocious in the world, you are lucky if you can understand what they're saying if they don't even have their televisions on full blast in the background, let alone you have to explain things to 10 different people 20 different ways. Then they have the joys of calling you a liar because you didn't receive product for a show, they claimed they gave it to you but they're only going to give you a 50% credit for it and one of the other pieces was found in there lab still which tells me the other piece was never done. They're the best. Very fast. Very helpful and very patient. Mike even waited for me after hours to go pick up my poster on a Friday which was super nice of him because I was traveling on Monday and needed it. He also helped me a lot with adjusting the size ratio of my poster. He's definitely the best. The prices are also very affordable and cheap. My order was ready to pick up within an hour of placing it online and I was charged $5 for "expedited" printing that's absolutely fair. This was the first time I used Vivyx Printing in Tempe, AZ. I needed a printing business that could do large 36" x 48" prints for my sister's memorial. I used Photoshop to arrange the photos on a blank format that had the same ratio as 36" x 48". Then sent Vivyx Printing the five composites via the internet. The photos ranged from the 1900's up to now. I used the basic paper but added expedited printing (go to the front of the line) and expedited shipping. The five posters came with two days. They were nicely rolled up in a triangular package and best of all, the quality was excellent. The base paper was nice and thick and It wasn't too difficult to mount them onto 36" x 48" heavy duty cardboard for display. To top the whole experience off, I had ordered them late....late at night and had made a mistake on one, giving it a smaller size. I sat at my phone the next morning waiting for the business to open hoping I could catch my mistake in time. Ten minutes before their opening time THEY called me to see if I meant that change or not. And they had already printed out the first four. That is customer service at it's best. Great company. read more

ViVyx Printing gets 5 starts from me. First, when I had a couple of questions about placing an order, I called and actually got to talk to someone. And not just anyone, someone who had good, clear answers for my questions. Second, when I went to pick up my canvas print (I live in the area) I got to see their large, clean and very professional operation in person. It is first rate. Next, I had another question about how to print similar photos in the exact same proportion as the first one. They gave me a Photoshop tip that should work perfectly. I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to share it. Then, they packaged the print extremely well (much better than another printer who just handed it to me unwrapped). Lastly, the print itself. It is excellent. The colors are deep and the print is very clear and sharp. Since I got a canvas print, I will also note that the corners are tightly wrapped. Very nice indeed. So, I intend to get more work done by ViVyx Printing. You should, too. read more

Amazing job! Highly recommend. Professional, high quality, great service. I have no idea about file types and sizes etc. I sent Mike my file and I wanted a 8 foot x 8 foot banner made. The file turned out to be max 25 inches. Mike took extra time to work with my designer to get him the proper file. I first stumbled across vivyx through a random Google search. I needed a very large photo (24x36) and didn't necessarily want to pay big bucks for it. When I went to their site I thought the prices were too good to be true, but after reading a couple of reviews I decided to go for it. I was hoping to have my picture by Christmas, but didn't find them until the Sunday before Christmas. I thought there would be no way that I would have it in time, or that it would truly be the quality that I was hoping for. However, I paid for rush shipping & processing (late Sunday night) and crossed my fingers. After placing my order I wasn't positive if I had ordered right to ensure prompt delivery. I emailed the company to see if I could get an idea of when I could anticipate delivery. I was super pleased to be followed up with so quickly (the next morning). The employee that I corresponded with (can't remember their name or title unfortunately) was amazing! They quickly looked up my order, and ensured me that my order would arrive soon. I felt so valued & taken care of as a customer by Vivyx. I was absolutely stunned when my picture showed up on the Thursday before Christmas! When I pulled it out of the box it took my breath away with how perfect it turned out. The original file I uploaded was an iPhone photo, so to have the clarity it does in that size is phenomenal in my book. The picture was also well packaged and care had been taken to ensure that it would not be damaged. My experience with this company has been fantastic. Since my order I have been and will continue to recommend friends and family to this company! SO much better than shutterfly!
