From a distance my nails look nice, but up close there is pink dip powder left on the skin around several nails, and the undersides are rough and white instead of being cleaned up. I also asked for short nails, but they ended up much shorter than I wanted. I think she filed them too much. During my appointment my technician accidentally used the wrong product on one of my nails and joked that she needed more energy. She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

When it says 70 minutes it was the full 70 minutes. The stones were the perfect temperature and Laura frequently checked to see if the pressure and the temperature were good. I first got a lash lift that left my lashes the exact same as when I walked in. Since I had another gift card, I figured I could come back and ask for the solutions to be left on for longer and possibly a different rod, but again the service just didn't work. Luckily I was given a discount without asking. I tried their dermaplaning service which was great and didn't disturb my skin at all. Lastly, I decided to give the mini mask a try. I have quite dry skin and thought this would be a simple solution for my concerns. However, I developed 2 really large and pus filled breakouts on each side of my face the next day. Unfortunately, it would have been better for me to stick to my routine at home. I can't say I would recommend these specific services. As a side note I was also a tad frustrated when I explained I was experiencing some acne since starting birth control (a common side effect listed for many different forms) and was told that was probably a coincidence and asked if I was washing my pillow cases enough by one of the estheticians. I was hoping that with skincare experts, I wouldn't have to explain that hormonal changes affect your skin.
