not going to lie. i was scared at first to get my veey first xeomin from mind body, had an appointment at 830 over the weekend and i was scared like crap because i have a fear of needes. i walked in, the front reception was super nice and friendly, along with another lady behind and greeted me with a warm smile. checked in, did my clearance and met w christie! she answered all my needle fearing questions, do's and dont's, what and how i should feel etc nut she made me feel comfortable and at ease. she did an amazing job, she took her time explaining where i would need it and from there, i am never looking back to going anywhere else but this place! This place is immaculate, clean, professional and friendly staff, smells wonderful and most of all, they know what they are doing! Day 2 of my, xeomin and OMG, i can so tell the difference in such little time. i have no angry marks in between my etes, fine wrinkles and lines are slowly disappearing on my forehead and crows feet is hardly there! wootwoot this places comes highly recommended read more

This happened about a year ago, but I recently started looking into getting lip filler again and the experience came back to mind. At my last appointment, I asked for a more balanced lip shape. Either even upper and lower lips or a slightly fuller upper lip. I was told that this type of lip shape was something "only colored women have." At the time I didn't fully process how inappropriate that comment was, but looking back, it was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If the result wasn't suitable for my anatomy or couldn't be achieved safely, that could have been explained without bringing race into the conversation. I don't care how long ago it happened. It was not okay, and I think people should be made aware of the kind of comments that were made during my appointment. Consultations should be based on anatomy, safety, and the client's aesthetic goals. Not racial stereotypes. read more

Got an IV and the "Nurse" poked me multiple times and left me sitting there with blood on my arm and around the needle the whole appointment. Forgot to put the vitamins in and put them in when the bag was empty. They're also super racist and homophobic. Be careful. Do not go here. read more

I only go here because it's really close to my house, the last time I went there, I was talked in to getting Xeomin rather than usual Botox. I truly like Dysport the best, but I don't want to drive across town to infinity Med Spa- which is like night and day compared to this place. Oh, it's also and located in the back of a dental practice that have the same owner, which I thought was very weird. I ended up getting Xeomin bc was a lot cheaper than Botox, but It only lasted a month. There is always a constant rotation of staff and practitioners. I really did like Sonja, but she is gone now and I can't say I blame her. I really hope they get their sh*t together because they rarely answer the phone and it's hard to even get the correct phone number because when you google them you get a different number (that's been disconnected) than what is on their website. I am going back because the last time I called the front office they seemed pretty friendly. They must've hired new people and they told me they had new injectors which I'm a little hesitant about so I'll post my follow up review after my next visit.. ‼UPDATE: Since the very sudden departure of my injector, Sonja, and a few other staff, the quality of injectables like Botox and Xeomin has gone WAY downhill. It turns out I am mutual friends with somebody who worked there who told me to specifically ask how much Botox or Xeomin you are actually getting vs saline they mix it with. She also alluded to staff leaving because they were being pressured to overly dilute the product. So when paying close to $400 I believed this was same Botox I would get anywhere else, I since learned that it might have been overly diluted, I can see why my results are not at all the same as going to a place like Infinity Med Spa. It has been almost 2 weeks and I diligently go every 3 months. I can say firsthand that what I paid for was not what I received. The injector also actually hurt me. I've been getting Botox for 20 years and I've never been poked so badly. I have sent friends, colleagues, other beauty practitioners there, and none of them have been happy with the changes in product quality. I believe she was using a larger gauge needle. I do have a follow up appointment which I usually never have to go to. However, I'm hoping mind body infusion will make this right And hopefully not charge me another $400. Its taken me months to truly get over my awful last experience here. Long story short: I got botched xeomin after being treated for my glabellar and forehead. The result was brow ptosis so my eyebrows were super heavy and always pushing my eyes down. In addition, the tailends of my corrugator muscle weren't properly treated, so they constantly were over compensated and pushing my 11 lines together. Because of this my face was constantly in an "angry" look and the exact opposte of what I wanted. For ALL waking hours I got headaches because I had to pull back my forehead as much as possible to try to releave the extra pressure on my eyes from pushing down and squeezing together and to just look normal! I returned to their location TWO times complaining of my treatment results and instead of just admitting "we didn't do this right, let us correct it and imake it up to you" they instead charged me over $200 to try to fix it with more toxin. This wasn't just a little 20-30 unit treatment. This was OVER 90 units for ONLY my forehead and 11 lines. Do the math - I spent near $1000 to end up looking WORSE that I started with! I was hopeful and gave it an honest waiting period but the "fixes" didn't do anyting. I understand that sometimes toxin injections go wrong. I understand that is a risk of toxins. However, I also think after spending this much, if an injector screws up, the office should ADMIT it and would want to make it up to the patient I called the office at the two week period to explain what happened and give them a chance to make it right. I was promised a return call within 48 hours. That time came and went. A full week went by with no call. So I called back. This time I spoke with someone new, explained the situation and again was promised a return call within 24-48 hours. Again, NO ONE called me. I called again TWO more times, explained the sitatutuation, explained I was growing frustrated with their lack of care, and was promised this time for sure someone would call me back. Well guess what? No one EVER called. Big surprise. That is FOUR phone calls where I spoke to someone, was promised a call back, and no one ever reached out to me. No missed calls, no texts, no voice messages, nothing! Horrendous and no excuse! I am so incredibly disappointed by the utter lack of care from this office. read more

Beyond words. Spent nearly $500 for zero results. ZERO! Only to find out that I was given a saline diluted, watered down version of a generic Botox. Something cheap and off the black market. The nurse said cheerfully when I pointed out the ZERO results "it has no preservatives!" I did not know they pulled this on me. It was a bait & switch con job. To say you were given one thing yet sneakily given something you never even heard of! I was bamboozled & have never been so DISAPPOINTED in my life! I've been coming here for xeomin and IPL/yag laser treatments for about a year and a half now. I did like going here initially, but I've had about 4 different injectors because they can't seem to keep nurses for very long. They have canceled/rescheduled no less than 6 appointments on me due to work meetings, no injector, injector has to leave early, etc. I can never rely on an appointment with them. I signed up for the membership and did IPLs about 5 times, I told them I wasn't getting results and they said they saw the same thing from someone else and the handle for the laser machine wasn't working properly. Soooo there goes a bunch of money I spent for nothing. No offer of refund or anything. Figured I'd just keep my membership and continue the IPLs with the new handle, then they canceled that too I really tried with this place but won't be coming back. They need to work on stability, consistency, and if machines aren't working properly...credit someone with the treatments they paid for. read more

Very unprofessional. I arrived for my appointment, and the doors were locked. I knocked and knocked and called but no one answered. I finally left. They contacted hours later and said there was some kind of emergency, so they left. No note on the door, no phone call. But okay, I rescheduled. When I showed up to the next appointment, the door was locked and no one answered! I was early so I waited until my exact appointment time, but still no answer at the door or on the phone. This is about 25 minutes from my house. So I get ready, go over there for nothing, and go back home twice! They responded and said they were at lunch. I've had Xeomin shots for some lines on my forehead going on 2 years now. It's painless and the nurses will go over everything if it's your first time. If you have other trouble areas just let them know and they will make recommendations with the products and machines they have in the office. I've also had Morpheus on my neck and face which helped improve my acne scars and reduce the size of my pores. I noticed a huge difference in shrinkage and my face is tighter and more lifted than it was. I'm impressed with the overall texture and it's easier to apply my makeup and doesn't look caked. Everyone is so pleasant to work with and patient with me and all my questions/concerns. Went in for IV hydration and waited 45 minutes until the doctor came into the room. Dr Tried to put the IV in my arm but the needle was too big and completely missed my vein. It hurt terribly. The nurse (I think) had no idea where anything was. Finally got a smaller needle and got the treatment. When finished, the Dr. came back in the room while on her cell phone talking and proceeded to pull out the needle and put a bandage on my arm all while on her cell phone. From the Yag treatment to the LaseMD, my results have been amazing. The LaseMD has been helping me maintain my youth and has been helping me with my pores.
