The only person who even spoke to me was the guy at the front desk that morning, and he was condescending from the start. After that, silence. I ended up spending the entire night in their parking lot, totally unaware of what was going on. If I hadn't gone inside that evening to ask, I doubt anyone would've said a word. This place clearly doesn't respect drivers or our time. Extremely poor communication and absolutely unacceptable service.

They claim to have inspected the truck, but that should take an hour, and should not involve taking anything apart, then putting it back together and charging $270/hr for the privilege of being sexually assaulted without the benefit of lube. this place.

Roxanne was very professional explaining what they would do and about how long it would take. I arrived early they took rv in and changed oil and looked it over! They returned the rv in time allotted ready to go! Very pleased with the quality and price of oil change. The lounge area was very nice and bathrooms clean and sanitized!! Over all great experience!
