I do not recommend them. I had my new GE dishwasher installed by them back in March and it's been having problems due to poor installation. The dishwasher was shoved into the niche forcefully and damaged the tile. The tight space left on the top eventually caused the operation board of the matching to break due to the friction it's having with the cabinet every time I close it. I tried to talk to them to come back to just pull the machine out so GE technicians can have access to the side of the machine but they refused me unless I pay more for them to come to simply pull out the dishwasher ( I'm not even asking them to fix anything or take responsibility to problems their poorly done job caused) read more

Peter and his guy worked on my new range hood install that involved with extending the exhaust pipe through the wall, as well as routing my bathroom exhaust vent to outside with replacement of the fan. The bathroom routing to outside is not an easy job but he made it happen and total out of my original imagination of piping. He modified my kitchen to install a new range top and a powerful vent hood. The modification for the range top included: cutting the existing granite counter to a wider opening, and added support to the existing cabinet for the new range top to rest on. To accommodate the new vent hood, Peter removed the cabinet, relocated the power outlet. created a new air vent that lead to the outside of the house, customer ordered a duct cover, and installed the hood. This review is for an installation of a microwave over the range. First and foremost, Peter was quick to reply online via Yelp. I received his response, quote and scheduled a time for service within 15 minutes. I then had to reschedule a time because I didn't have the new microwave because Best Buy in Anaheim didn't have the product. Needless to say, Peter was very accommodating to my schedule. Once Peter arrives they went to work. It was quick, efficient and they cleaned up afterwards. Peter and Boi even asked what to do with the old unit. I could have told them to take it to the trash--however, I took care of that disposal. Peter has the right tools to remove the old unit and install the new microwave. Peter needed to drill new holes in the upper cabinet to accommodate the fitting for the screws. Something I didn't account for when I thought I could do this job. Naught! All in all, Peter and his wonderful helper Boi took 45 minutes to complete this job and I was fully satisfied. Lastly, their price is standard within the industry and their service is very good. When he noticed the top screws could not be mounted as required by the manufacturer, he devised a way to do it with straps instead to insure the safety of the install. Very ingenious! I needed a new gas range installed and on the day of the job they arrived right at the start of the given 3 hour window. Very thoughtful about how it looked after it was pushed into the space (even more so than me lol). Due to the way the gas piping stuck out of the wall of this house the range is forced to stick out 2 inches. We have had VN out to install our washer and dryer and dishwasher in the last week. They were incredibly professional, and were far more competent than our contractor with respect to what plumbing and electrical was needed to install our appliances. They kept the place clean and were reasonably priced. The most impressive thing they did though, was take a look at the very expensive range that was unboxed after many months of sitting in the garage after delivery, and discovered to have huge dents in the sides and a wonky door. I thought I would have to fight with the manufacturer to replace it well after the delivery warranty period, but the guys from VN took one look at it and said it was only a simple repair of the side panels. I requested a quote from this company on Tuesday night and received an immediate response even though it was long past normal work hours.
