They look great. I usually can get away with 3 weeks between visits. They don't take credit cards which is a bummer but they do such a good job that I just make sure I have cash. The male half of the ownership was always very kind and respectful to both myself and my small dog. However the same cannot be said for his wife, Jenny. I've visited this shop about 5-6 times, but will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone based on my past 2 experiences here. I have always conducted myself in a calm, polite, and respectful manner with the owners and everyone else in the shop. I missed an appt in the summer of 2024 due to illness, and called the shop that same day to apologize and explain the situation. The gal I spoke with was very kind and understanding. She told me not to worry about it and to focus on getting better. At the rescheduled appt, Jenny claimed I arrived 15 minutes late. According to the time displayed on my phone, I was 7 minutes late. When I showed Jenny and her husband the current time on my phone, they had a bizarre response: they repeatedly offered to show security camera footage with timestamps. I told them I trusted the time displayed on my phone and that viewing security camera footage was unnecessary. They said that due to arriving late, my scheduled appt time was given to a walk-in, and I would have to wait 2.5 hours for another appt. From this point forward, Jenny's demeanor was cold and hostile. Her husband remained kind and friendly to me whenever I visited the shop. Upon arrival to an appt on 11/25/2024, the shop was not busy. There were 3-4 clients being serviced at the time. Jenny was the only owner present. She made eye contact, smiled, and was talkative and friendly with the other customers. I was not acknowledged upon entry. There was no eye contact, no smile, and no greeting. During my pedicure, my pants became completely saturated with water. I politely mentioned this to Jenny. She continued to not make eye contact, and said coldly: "It's because you asked for the water to be warmed up". I then asked in a polite, respectful, and non-sarcastic tone: "From now on, if I request the water to be warmed up, should I expect my clothing to become saturated?" Jenny again replied coldly, "You must not have pulled your pants up all the way". This is not how a kind, courteous, professional business owner would respond. They would at least offer to bring the customer a towel. Jenny smiled, made eye contact, and thanked other customers for their business as they were leaving. She remained silent, cold, and expressionless as I paid and left the shop. I had errands to run afterwards, and had to do so in wet clothes, in the winter. Changing clothes wasn't an option, due to my residence being far from the shop. Please exercise caution if you choose to patronize this business.

My friend and I were really looking forward to our pedicures, but unfortunately it was a very…read moredisappointing experience, especially for $70 each. The experience got off to an odd start when we were told to wash our hands before our pedicures. I've never been asked to do that before a pedicure, so it seemed unusual. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong odor that reminded us of a dirty diaper, and it made it difficult to relax. The walls also appeared to have years of built-up dirt and grime, giving the salon an unclean feel. As for the pedicure itself, I barely felt like I had one. My toenails were hardly clipped, my feet were barely scrubbed or exfoliated, and there was no relaxing massage. I even asked where the massage was because it seemed to be missing from the service. There were no hot towels, which I normally expect with a pedicure at this price. To make matters worse, my big toenails were left uneven. The only highlight was the cat-eye polish was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the $70 price tag I would expect more.

I went in to have a pedicure fixed that I had done 2 weeks ago and also have gel polish put on my…read morenails. I was the only one there when I arrived. My pedicure was fine, but they did cut all of my nails down (which were already short as I just had a pedi 2 weeks prior) My nails were ok when I was done- OVER TWO HOURS LATER! When I got home i noticed a bubble under one of my nails that by the end of the day had popped and peeled. The next day another nail had a bubble that popped and peeled. Considering I walked out of there with a bill of $90, they should have lasted longer than 2 days. Super disappointed.
