Made a 10 am appt. When I showed up at 10, he Told me I made it at 11. My daughter was with me a week before when I made my appt and also heard me say 10. I walked out. They did not care about switching my appt. It was dirty, and ugly color selections. i gave it one last chance this time. The other times they always ran late. Very disappointing. read more

I've lived close by for years and never went in because I thought they'd be overpriced. I was wrong! Nice atmosphere, and they did a great job on my nails. You can walk in or make an appointment (although I recommend making an appointment). Don't get me wrong, the workers were super super nice & fun to talk to. I went in to get a full set acrylic gel done on my nails. He didn't cut me or anything but I did not get what I wanted. Color is perfect because I choose it and glitter on the my whole ring finger is what I wanted. The shape of the nails are TOTALLY OFF and big for my fingers. Gel polish is on my skin. The stones are clustered on my nails and do not look good. I should have payed more attention and I should have said something but it was too late by the time I noticed most of these thing's and I did not want problems especially after asking to fix something things. I payed $50 for this. Look at the picture I wanted and compare it to what I got and then the many flaws.. super disappointed. Loved the nail techs and how nice they were but I'm definitely not satisfied with the work that got done on me. Sorry, won't be going back. I hope they see this and I hope this dosnt happen to anyone else. read more

Got a dip manicure done. Was able to schedule same day, and they turned out amazing. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I went in the day before thanks to get my nails redone with gel polish. I scheduled almost a week in advance yet I felt like the rushed to get my nails done since they had other appointments. I went in at 9am and but midnight the nails had PEELED OFF. I called and left a voicemail since they were closed until the following Monday. I took the other nails that had not peeled off because I didnt want to go a full week with half my nails off. I called once they opened back up for the week because they did not contact me to fix their mistake. they said, "I'm sorry, come back in and we will fix it." I went back in and once I sat in the chair I had to explain the situation all over again because they had no idea what I was talking about. they then CHARGED ME ANOTHER $15 TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. I not only called and left a voicemail I took photos and they were time stamped so they knew I wasnt trying to work them out of money. I did not to anything that would have caused my nails to chip less than 24hours later. I'm disappointed that they had messed up on my nails then had me pay to get them fixed after they told me they would fix it. read more

I went there to get full set acrylics and it was busy but the got to me after awhile of waiting which I didn't mind. They had exactly what I was looking for and she did fine in completing the nails correctly my only problem was is she didn't wrap. The tip of my acrylic nails . I went in and they squeezed me In and fixed it putting lots of top coat and redoing the tips which means I get some chunky nails now and the base is just not good looking but it's my fault. I will defiantly be going back in later and getting them redone when they are grown out because i do like The environment and service for sure ! And hopefully second times a charm !! read more

Super good place to get nails done! I enjoyed it, except they charged me $45 just for a fill I should've said something but didn't. That's so spendy just for a fill I would've been very happy and would've been a 5 if it wasn't $45 and the wall says $20 for a fill nowhere says $45!! read more

I just moved from Las Vegas and have been searching for a Nail place in this very small area. I just called the "Vn Nails" and got a man on the phone, I was very in depth in regards to what I need as I have had a few places screw them up. Not only did he not understand what I said but completely interrupted me and then argued about speaking english. I would never spend my money at a business where the phone etiquette is so terrible. Overcharged for a manicure and pedicure, told it was 40 and paid 60 (not even shellac) ... and so unhappy with my pedicure. It's uneven and they didn't put enough coats on. I was rushed through the whole process and felt stressed out rather than relaxed. I will not be returning. read more
