It was about a 30 minute pedicure. I'm pretty sure they only offer gel but it was a $50 pedicure which I think is very reasonable. I didn't have polish on my toes before so I'm not sure if this includes removal of previous gel. If you forget your nail kit (required in Oregon to bring some of your own supplies including a file, buffer and foot scrubber) they can provide one for a small fee.

Once we found the techs whose work we liked, we scheduled appointments with them. Unfortunately, booking an appointment doesn't really mean anything. At my last completed appointment, both of our nail techs were so far behind that I had to leave my mom there to finish her service while I went to pick up my daughter from her after school program. For added context: our appointments were booked to start at 4 and I had to pick my daughter up by 6 and we both got fills with gel polish. We should have had plenty of time before I had to pick up my kid. I had booked an appointment with my preferred tech for this past Saturday. On Thursday, the salon texted me to let me know the tech wouldn't actually be working on Saturday and I was rescheduled to Monday. On Monday I decided to take my daughter with me for a manicure. Once again, my preferred nail tech had someone else in her chair at my appointment time. My daughter was taken to a station for her manicure and about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment start time I was informed that my nail tech had to leave early for a family emergency. I was offered another tech, which I declined. Then I was taken to the counter to see when my preferred tech had another opening. The soonest is this Saturday and I declined that as well, because Monday was already a stretch for my grow out. Don't misunderstand, I am not upset about the family emergency. I hope everything is ok for her and her family. However, if I had been sitting in her chair at my scheduled appointment time, I would have received the service I booked. My mom has also experienced long waits for her scheduled appointments. My issue isn't with the people who work there, everyone has always been kind. My issue is that we've been consistent customers and we book our appointments in advance with the staff we want doing our nails, only to be pushed back by walk-ins. Ultimately, my mom and I decided to seek nail care elsewhere. Annie, we wish you and the salon the best, especially with your growth. The pride you take in your business is apparent and the staff you hire are wonderful.

My wife and I get our feet tended to about every two weeks. At first my wife would not go without me, so I went along, this has been going on now for 20 years. I am so glad I did this. It is part of my grooming now. That said, our favorite place is Got Nails, we have tried so many others but Got Nails is like on another cloud. Guys get those dogs fixed up and enjoy the summer.

He has over 30 years of experience. I have had several other people do my nails at this salon and all of them have done a great job. They always fit me in, even at the last minute. They serve a complimentary drink while your nails are being done - I get the white wine or Tai tea. My dipping nails last almost 4 weeks, so it makes it easy on my monthly budget. I have a torn toe nail they are able to use gel to make it look like a normal toe nail and then add polish, this will last me 4 to 6 months and allows me to wear open toe shoes.

I called and was very clear with the gentleman answering the phone that my mother cannot get into the pedicure chair and that I was looking for someone to complete the pedicure IN her wheelchair. The gentleman was in a hurry and said "yes yes". I asked again, making I clear she cannot get in the chair. He again said "yes, I understand". He took my name and set an appointment for 11am. I called that morning to see if we could add someone to our appointment at 11am and the gentleman that answered said "yes, no problem". I loaded up my mom into her wheelchair and take her down to the appointment. When we get there the lobby was chaos, no room to sit, people standing everywhere. I gave them my name and they could not find my appointment but said they would see us. I explained again we need a pedicure in her chair. They had me wheel my mom to the end of the row of pedicure chairs and then told me to get her in the pedicure chair. I explained she cannot transfer, he said if she can't get in the chair, they could not help us. This was extremely disappointing and mortifying for me AND my mother as well as my daughter who joined us for what was supposed to be a girl pedicure day. It is absolutely unacceptable that I made it very clear what accommodation was needed when I called, they confirmed the accommodation and then basically tell us to leave when we get there. There are plenty of nail salons in Salem, I would recommend finding another salon.

If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.
