Above and beyond!! Vnc team is absolutely phenomenal. I had my car detailed in Vnc and Ferdi did great job on my 2021 Toyota. Since the fabric of the seats was beige, I thought it was impossible to remove the stains on them. When i went there to pick up my vehicle, i was so happy to see the seats are beige color again:) They took the seats off and vacuumed the bottom. I went to vnc to purchase a new vehicle for myself and my family. I went in and everyone, of course was very nice to me in the beginning... I left with the vehicle I wanted however, the title and plates took a month to come in. Every time I would contact my salesman **no names** he was very rude to me and "couldn't help me out." It's been one month since I had my vehicle, I want to trade it in now and anywhere I go and check the car fax there has been damage to my vehicle...which I was never informed about. Also....There are scratches on my car which were never there. I believe they used a pen on my car where the scratches were to cover them up, a few weeks after the scratches appear. read more

DO NOT TRUST! We had purchased a car 3 months ago and since 3 weeks there is NOTHING but issues and problems. First, we were promised that it was not flooded and it was an excellent car. VNC Auto is shady and changes titles. VNC is a shop and he promised that the car was checked and in great shape. I was told that an old couple owed it and had NO issues. Since 3 weeks in my hands...
