I wanted modern floors done (something all the other companies can't seem to wrap their head around) I wanted visible grains with a matte finish. Alot of other companies told me I couldn't have visible grains, but Tri said there was a new method he had developed in order to achieve that look I wanted. He uses high end material for my floors, which is what I expect. He was able to give me a quote from my blueprints and have everything done for me while I was away on vacation.
