Both my husband and I go to Dr. Vo. One one the hardest things when you move is finding a good dentist. I love Dr. Vo because he is efficient, caring, and to the point. He truly looks to do only work that is necessary, and does not try to up sell procedures like some dentists. He did a great job with a couple of my veneers, and I always go there for teeth cleaning. I trust him with any other needs I may have in the future. I am so happy I found a dentist who is reasonable, and has patient's best interest in mind. read more

The dentist office was inviting, clean and airy. The front desk gals are very nice and professional. The hygienist was personable and made me feel welcome. The dentist is professional and thorough. The equipment used is mostly up to date with digital imaging for x-rays. The only downfall with equipment is that they lack an in-house crown or on-lay machine, so if you need a crown it will be a two appointment process. read more

It's always a comfortable and friendly visit when I go to Dr. Vo's office. I haven't been in to their office in 2 years, but they still had all my information and my dental plan laid out for me so we could prioritize and tackle the most important procedures first. Thomas Vo & his staff are awesome! They reside on floor 16 of the Medical Dental Building in a somewhat tucked away office (you have to walk all the way around from the elevators, essentially turning right 3 times). They recently renovated their offices and the waiting room and patient rooms are really nice. If you're anything like me, you're tense about going to the dentist... but Thomas and staff are very approachable and do a great job of answering any questions or easing any fears. Their procedures are quite painless and stress free and you can typically get an appointment quickly. The staff is very friendly and attentive with great senses of humor -- They can also tell you right away if they accept your insurance and are really good about following up after you've had any work done or on getting paperwork from your old office if you're a new patient. Lindsay even took the time to call me to let me know that she called my insurance company right after my appointment to let me know they would cover some of the final payment for my invisalign. Everyone in the practice is super friendly and knowledgeable and they do quality work, even taking note of personal changes in your life and congratulating you on your big life events. Your appointments will definitely start on time if that's ever been a problem in your past (like it's been with me before) and you'll be in and out before you know it. All in all, very happy with this office and how fantastic their work and they themselves are. FYI: Dr. Vo also does Invisalign! I was really happy when I found out he and his staff are able to do this. The staff and Dr. Vo are very meticulous in following your invisalign and make little tweeks to your teeth and care as you go along. At some point a bracket of mine popped off and Dr. Vo replaced it right away. read more

Dr. Vo is a very likable and nice man. He took the time to look at my teeth and my x-rays. That was the best part of the visit. The receptionist was friendly, polite and nice. The cleaning was the worst part. My teeth were cleaned six months prior and an average cleaning is usually 30 minutes or less. This cleaning was 45 minutes and was a bit painful. I have never had a bad experience with a cleaning but this one was rough. The room was very warm as well. I am not sure if I will return. read more

Dr. Vo and his entire team provide as pleasant of an experience at a dentist's office as one can ask for. They operate efficiently and in an organized manner, whether it is sending out appointment reminders or getting you in and out efficiently on the day of your appointment. Great guy!!! I have been going to this place since I was in graduate school so almost 10 years now and it used to be owned by Tony Kahmann. Dr. Vo took over a few years after I first started going there. He is always involved in every step of the tooth/dentist experience and you definitely see him at every cleaning. It's a small office but he always takes an interest in getting to know his patients. The longest I have every had to wait was a couple minutes so I'm not even sure why they have magazines but I guess it could be for the escort of some patients. The staff are always easy to talk to, full of smiles, and helpful. read more

I am writing this review with the right side of my face completely numb, as I just went in for two fillings. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vo. I work in the Medical-Dental building, so his office is extremely convenient for me. The staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Vo himself is personable and gentle. (I couldn't even feel the injections when they numbed my mouth.) He obviously cares for his patients, and he doesn't try to pressure you into doing anything you're not ready to do. I love Dr. Vo and his staff! I had a major dental phobia for several years before going to see Dr. Vo. I hadn't been to the dentist for something like 5 years because of my anxiety. Dr. Vo and his staff were amazing - I told them I was nervous and they did everything they could to make me feel calm and at ease without making me feel embarassed. Dr. Vo was awesome - I ended up having to get a pretty deep cavity filled and it was my very first pain-free dental experience! He explained everything he was going to do before doing it, and made sure I was OK. Dr. Vo and everyone in his office are really nice and friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Dr. Vo is wonderful! I don't usually leave reviews, but he definitely deserves one. He is really kind and has an incredible bedside manner. He is thoughtful and takes the time to explain everything to you. I had a bad reaction to anesthetic once (nothing he did) and his office got me a cab and paid for it, just to be certain I got home okay. I recently left Seattle and had to see a new dentist. When he took a look at my xrays, he said, "Wow. Your old dentist did really good work." read more

Good man and a good dentist. Unfortunately, had a ton of work I had to do - multiple cracked fillings and an implant crown - but was as pleasant as those experiences could have been. Dr. Vo gets booked up pretty quickly, but I never had a problem getting an appointment for more urgent issues. Very happy with his work and the staff's care and service. read more

Just moved across the country and needed a new dentist for a regular cleaning. I'm terrified of dentists and very concerned about having quality work done on my teeth. Saw good recommndations and went. The whole experience left me feeling positive and happy. I expected to be nervous at some point but just never got to that point. My teeth were cleaned very thoroughly and I felt like there was a little too much scraping going on but that was likely normal. They cleaned my teeth beyond where floss would be able to reach and for that I am thankful. Will be going in for a follow up next week to get a chipped filling fixed. read more

I would describe Dr. Vo as a cool, laid-back, smart guy. I've been going to Dr. Vo for 10 years and I am always happy with their service. Cassie (sp?) does a great job and Dr. Vo is always reliable. I got a crown from Dr. Vo 10 years ago and quite honestly, I can't even tell the difference between the crown and my real teeth. The office is clean and very pleasant too. Dr. Vo and staff are wonderful. I don't enjoy visiting the dentist and Dr. Vo and his staff make me feel comfortable. He has been my dentist for many years. At one point, I switched to a neighborhood dentist but switched back to Dr. Vo because he's the best and I figured that driving downtown for a good dentist is worth it. I went to the doctor for a crown on a treated tooth. The doctor went little far on my upper good tooth to adjust for fitting. I been having difficulties with that good tooth since I visited for 3 months now. I knew it was too much adjustment done in carelessness. I have being seeing Dr. Vo twice a year for many years. I am always treated well by everyone in the office. Appointments are always exactly on time. Results are carefully explained. I trust the doctor's judgement regarding any dental work that may need to be done.
