I told them I was very sorry and that I didn't know they didn't have tap to pay and if I could call in once I got home to give my card information or if I could Venmo or cash app any of them right then and there and I was rudely told "You could've called before and given your card information". read more

We happened to be in Cranberry so we ordered some items for pick up. (Typically, we would get delivery from the Vocelli in Zelie, and have not had any complaints about THAT location.) Apparently Cranberry is very sub-par to Zelie. I ordered a Stromboli with pepperoni & onions. When I eat one from Zelie, I slice through LAYERS of pepperoni. The one I received yesterday had - without exaggeration - maybe 5-6 pepperoni slices in the whole thing!!! The Mediterranean salads were a joke. Brown lettuce, one or two pieces of roasted red pepper. Maybe a teaspoon of feta. Perhaps 10 sliced olives? We are pretty sure we got side salads, even though we ordered regular size. We will think twice before giving any future business to the Cranberry location. read more

Every time I order, the service is absolutely horrible. I will order, get a confirmation Email that it is on its way, and it will not be there an hour later. Keep in mind that my house is only about 12 minutes away from the location. I constantly have to call the store to remind them that I ordered. All this being said, I give Vocelli Pizza a 4 star rating because I've never had pizza better. It's absolutely delicious. I would give it a 5 star rating if the service wasn't so terrible. We placed an order thru DoorDash. The order took twice as long as expected. The driver kept in contact with us and said the restaurant was slow - which I don't have a problem with. I have ordered pizza from here on a few occasions now and have found Vocelli to be a step above Pizza Hut and Dominoes. On my last trip here I ordered a cheeseburger pizza for pickup. It was listed as a "new" specialty pizza and was discounted so I figured it'd be good to try. The pizza ended up being better than I expected. The toppings of beef, cheddar cheese sauce, onion, and bacon were not overpowering or sloppy and the pizza held together nicely. Vocelli has better ingredients for their pizzas than a Dominoes or Pizza Hut. If you're not too picky and just want to fill up on pizza then the latter are the better options. Sometimes its nice to switch it up and go for a better quality chain pizza. I do wish that Vocelli would be more visible with their specials (like the cheeseburger pizza above). Overall my wife and I have enjoyed the pizza here and will be back in the future. read more

So we tried here again... bad mistake! So we ordered food tonight, an Italian hoagie, buffalo chicken hoagie, and hot wings. The Italian hoagie was acceptable except it didn't have any tomatoes or onions; which are standard every other time I order this. The buffalo hoagie left a lot to be desired. The amount of chicken was negligible, there was no sauce, the bread was chewy and barely toasted, the lettuce was barely there, and had two small slivers of onion. The wings were BURNT and the sauce was just a drizzling. We love wings that are not chewy but we don't live burnt meat and wings that barely have any meat on them. Just look at the pictures. It's disgraceful. We call the manager and explain our problem and he tells us that's how their wings are, and that the chicken is measured/portioned out. That's great if you're only paying $6 for a sub. Not $12 for 1 ounce of chicken (if that). After explaining and asking them to remake the buffalo hoagie and wings and we can send the bad food back or we will dispute the charge, he hangs up on us.... and it was the manager?!?! So far so good. Cranberry is our first experience with this pizzeria. Very good pepperoni pizza. I tried their Garlic Spinaci which was only okay. I ordered the chicken Spinaci which was on an older menu and they said they could still make it, but not a piece of chicken was on there. If they couldn't do it, then I would rather know that so I could pick something else. But like I said, the pepperoni pizza is very good. The Stromboli also has a very good flavor, but it is not rolled. So don't expect that. Prices seem a little high, and their coupons aren't that great. I did not know this was a chain when we first tried it; we are trying out businesses that only have one location or just a few. Still very good. Try it out. read more

Great pizza with fresh ingredients and the perfect crust!

This was our go to pizza place until we had 3 bad experiences over a 3-4 month span. Ordered 2 pizzas online and the delivery took almost 2 hours. The pizza was cold. The driver apologized and said that we would have a credit for our next pizza. Two weeks later we called and ordered over the phone. The price (after the "credit") was more than if I ordered online. The manager (or owner) said the credit was off the regular menu price. I ordered online and saved the money. I would have gone somewhere else but we had kids over and the night was getting late. Fast forward about 3 months and their online system double charged my debit card. It took them 2 weeks to get my money refunded. They said it was out of their control and they are just a franchise using corporate's payment gateway. A month after that, they screwed up our pizza order and I went thru the same BS as the first time. You'll get a credit on your next order. When I tried to use the credit (wondering if I would get a better deal over the phone) they said they had no record of a screwed up order from my address. That was it. Too many good pizza places in Cranberry. Sir, Monticello or Dominicos ever since. Not sure how they stay in business with that customer service. read more

Bring from Jersey this is your typical Western PA pizza. Hard to find anything like jersey pizza out near Pittsburgh. Comparable to papa johns. It didn't taste bad. It was close to our hotel. Worked out. read more

My go-to when in town. Dough is fresh and hand spun to order. Very high quality toppings with beef pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage. Customer service on the phone was horrible- as if they were just too busy to even take my order. Don't order online because for some reason they lost my address and couldn't find the original order. Had to finally call after 90 minutes and no food. When it finally arrived the pizzas were obviously re-heated and just awful. So dry we threw them both away. We used to like Vocelli's, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience recently and nothing was done to fix it! I ordered a pizza online and my finger must have slipped because instead of ordering ground beef like intended I accidentally ordered bacon. Unfortunately we can't eat pork so this made my pizza inedible. Imagine my dismay when the pizza came covered in bacon! I called the store and humbly admitted my silly mistake. I was willing to pay for a new pizza, but the cashier on the phone was gracious and said they'd have a new one out right away. We were so pleased with their customer service! So we waited, and waited, and waited, until finally the delivery driver stopped by on his way home after the place had closed to inform us that he had no pizza to give us!! He said since it was my mistake that I needed to pay for a new one and that the store manager said the cashier made a mistake in saying they would send out a new one. Alright, I get it, you don't want to give out free pizza's and I readily admit the mistake was mine, but I was SO hungry! I would have gladly paid for a new pizza, but now the store was closed and I have no dinner and no way of getting out that night with sleeping kids at home :( I was so disappointed I will NEVER order from here again!
