    Large Buffalo Chicken Pizza
    Spencer S.

Big house project today and the last thing I wanted to do was clear the kitchen and cook. Champs Pizza was a quick option and super convenient since it's right off a busy roadway. The Buffalo chicken pizza has some nice kick to it from the Buffalo sauce and the garlic sauce for $0.50 isn't half bad either. Next house project I think we'll be right back here trying a different pie

Recently tried Champs pizza for the first time. I love a good Buffalo chicken pizza and this one was pretty good. I will say, for someone who enjoys a cheesy pizza, this one had a little too much cheese for me. The spice level was perfect and the extra garlic butter sauce for the crust was just like Papa Johns. Also, really appreciated that because I came in with my baby, the employee offered to help me carry my pizza to the car. Though I didn't need the help it was very nice of him to offer. Will be back to try some other pizzas soon!

I'm in the area for work-craved pizza today. It was a choice between this place, domino's, or Pizza Hut. Decided to give this place a go based on their reviews on yelp. I'm glad I did! Walked in placed my order for a small pan pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage in addition to a 6 piece wings order with Cajun dry rub seasonings. I was told it would be ready in 20 min and it was! The pizza was aesthetically pleasing and tasted delicious. Fresh, hot, and made with love! The wings? fresh, hot, and the seasoning-delish! I am so glad I opted for a local spot over a commercialized chain! Thank you guys! I will definitely be back!

Bacon pizza. Missing sauce and cheese?

My husband and I decided to try a new place to order pizza for take out. We had an Enjoy Book coupon for 50% off a large 1 topping pizza. This place had good reviews and I thought their square pizza looked super good, based on reviewers pictures. So we decided to order a large square bacon pizza. My husband came home with it and when we opened it up, it probably only filled half the box. But the real kicker was that the center of the pizza was bare of cheese and barely had any sauce on it! It looked rather sad and I was already disappointed. When putting a slice on my plate, the crust was really hard and looked burnt. There was almost no sauce on the pizza and the dough itself almost tasted rubbery. Needless to say this was so disappointing especially when seeing all of the positive reviews. The only way we will be back is to use a coupon in the future and even then, there are so many other options in the area for take out pizza.

I found Champ's in the enjoy coupon book and tried some takeout from here. What I really was looking forward to was some of the pan pizza pictured here on Yelp. Some amazing pictures of sauce, cheese, and a little bit of grease for some extra flavor. None of this was the case with the bacon pan pizza. Cheese was missing on about a piece and a half (as seen in the picture) and there was hardly any sauce on it and eh on the bacon toppings. The pizza was also a little extra crispy and crunchy, kind of like eating crunchy dry bread. I think the crispiness would have worked if sauce and cheese was actually included, but that wasn't the case. Not really interested in coming back here. Some of the other pictures on Yelp look really enticing, and maybe one day I'll forget my bad experience and give it another try based upon the photos, but for the time being I am interested in exploring other pizza options.

I love pizza with a ton of meat and this was so so good. I will most definitely be returning!

It is Wednesday and we decided to try a different Pizza location. Champ's Pizza House is where it is at. No seating inside, but we sat outside and at our fresh pies. The team got a Deep Dish Linebacker and 1 mixed - 1/2 Californian Veggie, 1/2 Pepperoni. The deep dish crust was crunchy on the outside but fluffy good, topped with a very neutral sauce (not sweet, not acidic), with the right amount of toppings. I traditionally get a NY style or thin crust pie but every once in a while, it is good to mix it up. This deep dish / pan pizza hit all the right notes with me. I appreciated it for what it is and would definitely go back :)

DiBella's Subs - Italian Assorted sub on everything bread

DiBella's Subs in Cranberry is a refreshing change from the usual corporate-owned sandwich chains…read more Unlike many other shops that rely on outside vendors, each location bakes their own bread in-house and that fresh-baked bread makes all the difference! I ordered the Italian Assorted, made with genoa salami, capicola ham, and spicy ham topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the signature house Italian dressing on a fresh-baked sub roll. The meat-to-bread ratio was spot on and the ingredients tasted crisp and fresh, but it's the roll that's the star of the sandwich. It has that perfect "crusty on the outside, soft on the inside" texture that most sub shops miss and it's dense enough to hold up to the oil and vinegar in the dressing without getting soggy. The "Everything" roll -- topped with everything bagel seasoning -- adds a great savory crunch. It was, by far, one of the best Italian subs I've had in recent memory. My dining companion and her sometimes-pescatarian father both had tuna subs, which they both enjoyed. The service was also a highlight. Despite being busy with the lunch rush, the team was professional, patient, and engaging with us during the ordering process, even when my dining companion asked the obvious question "What's the difference between the 5" sub and the 7" sub?" (The correct answer is "Two inches.") Most importantly, they got our order exactly right. DiBella's in Cranberry is a great local option when you want a "real" sandwich made with fresh, tasty ingredients but don't have time for a meal at a sit-down restaurant. PRO TIP #1: Save room for a cookie! DiBella's was founded in Rochester, NY, and shares a history with another "Flour City" icon - Wegmans Food Markets. They famously swapped recipes -- DiBella's provided the bread secret to Wegmans and Wegmans shared their famous cookie recipe with DiBella's.
