I WILL DO EVERY THING IN EVERY WAY I CAN TO PREVENT ANY ONE FROME BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE THEY SIMPLY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING LET THERE BE A MAJOR PROBLEM AND WATCH THEM THROW IT ON THE CUSTOMER AND ITS YOUR LOSS Never again will I buy a truck or car from a dealer where the owner don't give a crap about the good customer they have had in the past, the first time they need to do the right thing the moral thing they fold and forget about how much money they have spent in the past, I have filled a complaint with the state attorney general waiting for a response, also I have contacted my personal attorney and on my way to playing this out to force this owner to be a stand up person and do what's right. my wife's brand new explorer come from the factory with faulty paint. it was a week old when I took it in and the service and sales guy seen it and said it was dirt between the metal and paint, I ask the dealership to swap it out for nothing more or nothing less than what we bought that's a new car with no paint issues, the only thing they will do is what ford offered and that's repaint the side of her car, I then said I wasn't satisfied with this because the body shop wont be able to do the same paint job, THE SERVICE GUY AND THE SALESMAN BOTH AGREED IT WONT BE THE SAME BUT IM STUCK ACCEPTING THIS BECAUSE THE OWNER WILL NOT STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING, EIGTHER BUY BACK THE EXPLORESER OR DO A SWAP. I called the ford company regional office they say that they understand and agree why I'm upset but wont get involved between the dealer and the customer. It's up to the dealer to just honor the warranty or do in this case the right thing. now her car is in the collision center for the second time the crappy time the first time was simply not acceptable, the loaner car we have is a older ford focus with 220k miles on it. simply a very poor dealer customer relations after I 8 months ago bought a 50k custom f-150 xlt and just 7 weeks ago bought this new explorer for my wife its a shame people that's well off get there on the backs and screwing people like this read more

While driving my Edge on Saturday April 1st. the check charging system - I immediately called Voglers and they informed me to bring the car in but their service department was not open. When arriving at the dealership we were meet by our sales rep - Greg Thompson - he stated to pull the car around to the other side and that they would give me a loaner. Which we did and Greg told us the service department would look at the car on Monday morning. Monday morning the service department guy called me and stated they had checked my car and that it was the alternator and that they were ordering the part and it should be in either Tuesday or Wednesday and for me to keep the loaner until my Edge was done. The service department guy called me on Wednesday and said it was done and that our salesman Greg Thompson would be bringing it home. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy with the service that I received on my Edge. Hats off to Greg Thompson and the service department at Voglers. read more

Before shopping at Vogler I had visited other dealerships that made me feel intimidated and pressured into buying something I didn't want. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to Vogler and my salesman, Larry, found me what I was looking for and made me feel very comfortable. He was very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. A few weeks after buying my vehicle, it came to my attention that there was a problem with the brakes and tires. I called Vogler afraid they wouldn't offer any help and say it was my problem now. However they were very eager to help me, fixed my brakes and roders free of charge, and gave me an amazing deal on tires which was more than fair. This is a place with outstanding customer service. Getting my new car experience was comfortable----no stress, no pushiness. I was given all the information I needed and given plenty of time to decide what I wanted to do. The vehicle I wanted was not in the present inventory but they found one at another dealership and obtained it. So I was able to have my new car in just a few days. Getting a new vehicle can be challenging and traumatizing for some women who do not have a family member or friend helping with the procedurre. But my sales person made it easy. Just wanted to mention that I was really pleased with the service I received here. I was on a mini trip to Giant City State Park Lodge when I encountered car problems. Tim Nelson was so helpful and my car was taken care even though it was last minute. He provided a ride back to my cabin at Giant City State Park and also picked me up.
