Had such an excellent experience here! My usual nail salon was closed, so I called to make an appointment and dropped in 10 minutes later. As soon as I came in, I was shown to my seat. I had a very specific nail design in mind and when I showed the technician want I wanted, he quickly saved me from myself (I was struggling to find the right colors) and brought me several options. My gel manicure came out fantastically, and my tech was quite exacting. My only minor gripe is that one nail didn't have the cuticle pushee far enough back and the gel was lumpy there. Anyway! I had my delightful, sparkly super sweer manicure....and THE NEXT DAY somone drops a chair on my hand. I wept openly. So back in a go. The staff asked a lot of question and provided me with a temporary fix and then a permanent fix FOR FREE! They even gave me a vial of nail glue to keep just in case! Fantastic place! I tried 2x. Shame on me!! First time I went for a pedi, I was pleasantly impressed with the business, it was so clean and bright. Lots of tech for nails and pedicures. At my appointment I selected my color and which pedicure I wanted. It was $52, by the time it was done she up charged me without my knowledge (she asked if this was my 1st time there and I said yes) to $72. Wasn't happy but she did a lot of work. Oh, and I got gel pedi and they peeled. I decided to give the place a 2nd shot. I went with 2 friends. I made appointments for us and my one of friend had to wait 15 mins for someone to come over. Someone came over, after I asked my tech where her nail tech was. As my appointment started, She asked me which pedicure I wanted. I picked the one that was $52. She tried to pressure me to pick the more expensive one at $72. I said no 3x. She continued to push the more expensive one the 4th time until I said firmly said NO I DONT WANT THAT. She then proceeded to cut my toe nails so short that my big toe was bleeding. I asked her to stop because it hurt. she just laughed. Again, I got the gel polish and it peeled off. I went awhile ago, and I was not impressed. When this place first opened they were good. But I went for a pedicure and acrylics and the pedicure felt rushed. When it came to the manicure, I showed them a design and the girl looked annoyed even though she had told me she could do it. She ended up talking to three other technicians about it, I started getting a bad feeling and honestly should have said never mind because it didn't seem she knew how to do it. It ended up not being at all what the design I picked looked like and I wish she had just been honest. I paid so much for something I didn't like. I wouldn't recommend unless you can get one of the highly recommended nail techs who can actually do designs and acrylics well. read more

HORRIBLE. I got gel x and every single nail fell off within 2-3 days of having them. This has never happened to me before as a person who gets gel x frequently, but the owner, Allan, tried explaining to me that it was normal. Why would it be normal for my nails to fall off in 3 days?? I was given no refund or future discount, but I would never even use the discount because this place was awful. The nail tech was very rough with my gel removal, didn't make all nails one length (had to remind her to cut short), and the base coat was so bumpy. I asked her to fix it as it would cause the polish to be bumpy and she got management involved. I asked for the service to end and they made me pay $25 for having gel poorly removed and not completing the service I made an appointment for. Super disappointing! read more

I've been coming here as it is convenient location for me. I have to say that no matter how many times you make an appointment ahead of time, the actual time is never honored. They're constantly booking over and/or don't have enough staff. I had a 6pm appt and they're not to my seat yet - the foot soak is not even started. It's 6:15pm now. There are 2 of us here for a pedicure together and no one seems to care... just sitting here.... Booked a gel x and online it says it starts at 35 I choose the small tip just the basic filing for shape I got black polish no design and somehow paid 60 dollars The under of my nails are nasty The corners are rough and hurt I had the gel x sticky stuff all over me it made powder from filing stick to it. The staff we got did not speak any English, could not understand what my mom and I asked for. Charged my mom for something she didn't want to get costing jee more but they couldn't understand her. They don't trim, File or shape toenails. So come with that done yourself. My big toe has a black dot imbedded in the pink nail polish I hate it and don't know if I'll be able to get back soon to see if they'll fix it. But it coat $67 plus tip! This salon is not even comparable to others around. It's so clean & modern. It's a really large, spread out layout so you aren't on top of everyone else. I liked that they had online booking, it makes it alot easier & more convenient. They are capable of doing any design which is a huge plus. Friendly staff, quick service & amazing nails. I'm on the hunt for a new nail salon after recently moving to the area - really liked it here. I called a day in advance and made an appointment. Showed up and after picking my color (which they had tons of options), was taken back for my pedicure right on time. The room is spacious and very clean. The pedicure chairs look on the newer side and was so comfortable. I got the deluxe pedicure for $47 - it lasted about 40 minutes and included a nice hot stone massage. There were a few TVs on and they were playing music as well. You can pay with a credit card but the tip is in cash so like most nail salons just be prepared to have some cash for the tip! read more

10 hours ago NEW After coming here for 3 years i was told i wasnt a "good fit" for this salon because of the fact that i get upset having to wait 30 minutes each time for an appointment. Everytime i come in for my appointment im waiting for 30+ minutes each time along with other customers. They have made me wait an entire hour for the appointment in the past leading me to be late for an appointment because i was in the salon for 2 hours for a refill. Worst experience I have ever had. I'm just sorry I didn't get the nail technicians name. She dug into my cuticles so hard, my toes were bleeding. Also the hot stone & scrub massage was 20 seconds if that. I did end up paying for it only because I just wanted to leave. Please think twice before booking. I went into this salon for a gel manicure. I told the girl i want my nails treated carefully and she said then you should just get manicure. She then takes out the drill. I said no! I dont want them drilled. So she takes the coarse emery board and half killed me and my nails. She was rude and wouldnt listen. Scraped off a layer of nail too. At the end she got nicer but i knew i was never going back.she took the file before i left and filed my skin on the sides of nail. One was cut. Her name was miley. I didn't like anything about it. Hi! I got my nails done about two weeks ago, and they were amazing. However I fell and broke three nails a week later and I went to get it fixed- I called ahead of time and said tha I needed just my three nails fixed, I then went in and the people at the desk both knew I needed it just fixed, and I sat down and told Emily that I just wanted my nails fixed and showed her my broken nails. Bot she redid the whole set and charged me $50, when I just wanted three fixed for free or for a low cost. Emily did a beautiful job once again, but I'm very disappointed and upset with what happened and will not be returning. read more

Well I hate to think this but it felt like they had a vendetta against me because I accidentally broke one of their nail polish bottles when they asked to pick a color. I felt rushed, and the girl was very rough with the pedicure. It was the most painful pedicure I have ever had and she burned me with one of the hot stones. She was all over the place. She randomly stopped what she was doing and cut my fingernails then went back to the pedicure and she did a lousy job on the French manicure afterwards. I couldn't wait to leave. Have made a few appointments here and every time I have to wait about 30 minutes. Service is rushed and below average.

I would never go back to the salon again. The first time I went when it first opened, they took me right away. The man who was running It had stains all over his shirt. It was disgusting. I assumed he just had spilled something. Unfortunately, after I got my gel manicure and regular pedicure, there was a problem with my gel manicure and it started peeling the next day. I went back and he had the same disgusting T-shirt on, and it made me feel like the place was very unsanitary. Fast forward another year. The place is packed and people have been going, so I figure OK maybe they got the kinks out of it. I go today to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I wanted them both to match in color. The gel manicure did not match the pedicure. I was upset because this cost me $72 plus tip. They seemed surprised as well. He then told me after I paid if I wanted to change it it needed to be a $15 charge for the gel pedicure. I would think that good customer service would be I'm so sorry this happened. We don't expect this. Please let me make it right for you at no extra charge. Clearly I tipped the girl because she did a lot of work but the owner stinks and knows nothing about good customer service. read more

Came here one day after booking an appointment online. The place was very busy and I did end up waiting for about 30 mins after my appointment time. End result was really great, however I looked to make another appointment for a removal and it said all tech were not qualified.. not sure if it's a website error or what, but I will potentially return.
