I've been going to Vogue for over two years. Some of their texts are very good, some are so so. My favorite nail lady left and no one could tell me why. They were always friendly and I was able to do walk-in service since my work hours vary. On my last visit, I was charged $5 extra for long nails. I asked for chrome, which was $20 extra. My nails have never been long since I've been that going there. And they were cut. And never have I been charged the extra five dollars. I understand the extra labor for the chrome, but it was just basically smoothing a powder substance over my nails. To me it did not justify two dollars per nail. I wish nail salons would put out their services offering and the prices around it. What pissed me off more than anything was the extra five dollars for the long nail charge. It was a shock, a surprise. And the guy at the front said he had to charge "a little bit " because of the long nails. this has never been the case before. I know the competition is ridiculous in Anna. They are opening another new nail salon, and no doubt there will be more near the Kroger when it's built. But instead of being competitive, they just lost a customer. I paid the fee and walked out, and I won't go back. read more

Ly does great pedicures. Tina is great for gel mani but.... Unless you arrive or make an appointment when they open, you will wait a while when you make an appointment in the afternoon. It seems techs will take appointment/walk-ins before your scheduled appointment and make you wait 30+ min after your scheduled appointment. The accountability and consideration of my time is dismissed as if "you" should wait because they're busy during your appointment. When a customer makes an appointment, that appointment should be honored especially when the customer is always on time and schedules with the same techs every 2 weeks. This is the 3rd time I have waited more than 30 min for my gel mani. read more

The nail tech drilled my nails so thin that he ended up drilling a HOLE in my nail bed that started to bleed and hurts pretty bad. He just put glue on it and told me it's fine... he also charged me extra for trimming my cuticles which he did not do. However, the owner Andy was very nice. Michael did an incredible job on my pedicure. I do recommend him. He's the only reason I gave any stars at all. But I will not be returning here. I may never get my nails done again, as much as I usually enjoy it, because it hurts so bad where he drilled into my nail bed. read more

I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. Ly talked me into gel polish. She failed to mention it was $20.00! So, they charged me for a basic manicure AND a manicure with gel. $40.00!!! I checked my checking account, and the total came to $84.00! They would not refund any money saying these were their normal charges. I asked for a basic pedicure and got some deluxe pedicure, which I did not ask for. After $84.00 my nail polish looks like crap! Ly did a bad job of polishing my nails. But, they recently changed owners and now they charge for things they didn't charge for previously, and without notice. A lot of the techs we used have left since this ownership change. worst experience of my life!!!!! i went in for a basic pedicure and gel polish!!! they didnt even get the dried skin off my feet, nor did they paint my entire toe, as soon as i walked out my paint started to lift off of my big toe as soon as it hit up against something not even 5 minutes later!!! would highly recommend you go else where, not only that, but their wax is toooo hot to be placing on skin, it literally tore her skin off and made it bleed.... and before you question if she is on acutane for acne or skin issues the answer is nooooo!!!! worst experience of my life and terrible customer service as a manager!!! you expect to be paid in full for a service that was terrible and cant even get it right the first time!!! oh and let me add, she also sprayed me in the vagina with the water, and let me add i was in a dress!!!! read more

Clean, new, beautiful... but they don't understand anything you tell them! I asked for a clear pink dip powered with two nails clear and gold foil for design. I also asked for stiletto nails... I showed pictures of what I wanted lol how can you get that wrong... i walked out of there with i don't even know how to explain. But it definitely was ugly!!!!! I can't believe the nail technique thought it was pretty.. and she ended up doing the gold foil with the light pink powered on top, it looks hideous. I do NOT recommend them! I loved coming to this place until my nail tech moved to another location. They really need to Update the colors in the books because the tech dipped one head and it was clear the color in the book did not match the color on my nails. They didn't like that I asked them to remove the set and pick a different color. I believe if I'm paying I need to be happy with my color choice. I wasted my time and money picking another color. Came here with the rest of a bridal party for pedicures before our best friend's big day. We were greeted by the manager and ordered complementary beverages, we all got a round of their frozen margaritas but they also had sodas and water available. We were seated, everything appeared clean and sanitary. I ordered the deluxe pedicure with cucumber melon scrub. Ken did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish! He always checked in with me to see if I was okay with the temperature of the water, towels, wax, etc. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time; he used the perfect amount of massage pressure on my feet and calves. I'd recommend him to anyone. Everyone here was very friendly and made sure they understood what you wanted. If I'm ever in Anna, TX again, I'd be happy to return! read more

I got my nails done for my wedding and the haven't even lasted a week. My mom and sisters also got manicures. My moms nails chipped that afternoon. And my dip is cracking and chipping (started 3 days after getting them done). They were very nice just not worth the $57 I spent for mine and the quality is awful! read more

So I came here for the first time. The place is soooo beautiful. Luxurious even. Beautiful crystal chandeliers. Very upscale atmosphere. So I got a basic pedi with a parrifan add on. With my Students discount the total was $27. Awesome !!! After drying for a bit, I went to grab groceries next door and my pinky toes weren't completely dry and smeared so came right back and they corrected my toes with complete new polish at no cost and service with a smile. Yesterday (2/29/2020) I tried this place out for the first time and I was impressed. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff is very nice. I waited a short amount of time then was seated and offered a drink. My nail tech was Peter and to be honest I was less than excited about this. I decided to go here because I've had good experiences with my manicures in the past. I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience(s). My first experience, I left the salon and studied the appearance of my nails in daylight and saw that my old nail polish was still present. I went back to ask for a refund the next day, and I was denied. They offered to fix it for me, and I explained I was disappointed and I wasn't interested in getting it fixed and having the same bad experience again. I was still denied a refund, so I gave in and let them "fix" my manicure. I was scolded by the owner while my manicure was being fixed. His words were "Well I asked you if you liked your nails? Why didn't you say you didn't like them then? I'll fix it for you anyways." He seemed annoyed, and I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time my nails were being fixed. Before I left he was sarcastic and asked "Are you sure you like them?" Felt very rushed, and neither of us was happy with the quality. We both came home and had to finish our manicures: uneven nail length, ragged nails and some of our cuticles werent removed. Pedicures lacked any length for massage, and had to ask for nails to be cut a second time. Will definitely go elsewhere.
