I have been a regular customer for over 2 or 3 years and just recently the service all around has gone down hill. My last visit I had to wait while the techs look at their phones until someone tells them to get to work. When the tech did come over she didn't look at my service requests sheet. I have never had a faster pedicure in my life. Didn't trim nails and didn't exfoliate it was merely a polish change when I paid for a pedicure. Then I had to tell her I wanted gel nails. Oh she said then again acted as if she had somewhere to go. She rushed that too. Left with horrible toes and nails. Ugh This isn't a one time bad service day. Tried a number of Nail places near me but this one is my favorite. They are always genuinely kind, honest about wait times and seem to have someone available for me pretty quickly, even when I didn't make an appointment. They do my nails very nicely - they care about their work and it shows. For extra care treatments, it can get a little pricey (especially for the pedicures), but man - those foot & leg massages feel good! The group here is also great about being responsive to your needs - drinks are complimentary, they inquire about everything they should (nail shape, pressure of massage, how many coats (how dark/light) you want for your color, whether you're comfortable with the way your nails came out, etc.). Signing up for the texts is also worthwhile; they frequently (not excessive) send text coupons or notify you of one-day deals. read more

I went back for round 2 these were my birthday nails. I went in on Thursday and made an appt with Michelle for Friday at 1 since she wasn't there. On my way there on Friday I get a call and they ask if we can push to 1:15. When I arrive at 1:15 Michelle is working on someone. Michelle didn't start my nails until 1:40. And during my wait 2 different guys kept coming over asking me who I was waiting for when you see it in my reservation and I verbally told you when I walked in. It was weird and after she finished one of them came over picked up my hands and just started touching and looking, didn't say a word until I asked "what are you doing" so uncomfortable. If I could give no stars I would. Came in for a fill. 3 nail techs were extremely rude to me bc I didn't want to do gell or shellac. Just wanted regular nail polish. They asked me 4 times all through out me getting my nails done, and kept rolling their eyes when I gave the same answer each time "I'm trying to save money in doing regular nail polish this time." It became embarrassing and awkward. The nail tech was so rough doing my nails. They were angry that I wasn't paying $20+ extra for shellac or gell and it was obvious. When drilling my nails he drilled almost all of my acrylic off making them paper thin. Then when actually adding new acrylic in for my fill. I said excuse me can you make it a little thicker you drilled it all off now their so thin they will break. He got angry and said No if you want more acrylic its 25$ more. Me confused bc I'm already for a fill I explain to him further he drilled them down SO thin they will obviously break! He insisted I had to pay more so I said no and just kept quiet. Two days later- THREE of my nails broke in HALF all the way to my NATURAL nail. Pulsing and bloody for days, their barely growing back. I had to go to a new salon to have the rest soaked off and just take a break from nails for a bit to let these 3 heal. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never experienced a salon like this. Horrible customer service, only after your money, doesn't do a good job whatsoever, and the list goes on. What's the point of having a sheet listing services you want if the tech doesn't abide by it? I specifically checked boxes of services I could afford as a birthday gift for a family member. The tech, Kacey, took it upon herself to add on extras without my consent to pricing. Some of that $$ was to be a tip for each person involved in doing the nails. I've never been to a salon in which they charge you extra to get your toes painted after a pedicure. I declined of course, but when it was time to check out, I was floored at the price on receipt. Kacey had the nerve to squabble about tips for her and others. I gave them a low amount and they were Lucy to get anything at all. I won't be returning or suggesting this place. Let's start with the one positive. They were able to get see 4 adults and two kids without a reservation. We were very thankful for this. I am giving such a low rating based only on one of the services. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel on the fingers at the end looked kind of like it had holes on it. When I pointed this out, the man who did it told me that it was fine and not to worry. He then put a lot of oil on my fingers, showed me again, and condescendingly said "See, it's fine." I was figured okay, great. Once I got home and washed my hands, you could see holes on the nails. I didn't have time to go back because it was the holidays and too many events were scheduled. Additionally, the tips of my gel on my hands and where the holes were began to turn black. I didn't touch anything that would have done this. And lastly, the gel began to chip within a week, including on my feet. Usually regular pedicures do not chip on the feet, so the fact that a gel one did within a week was very disappointing. Lastly, the service was not inexpensive, costing around $90 plus $18 for the 20% tip I left. read more

My friend and I visited the salon for manicures and pedicures. While the nail technicians did great work, we found at the end of our visit that we were both overcharged. We were charged for services that we were unaware had an extra charge, such as clipping cuticles and shaping nails which is typically part of a basic manicure. My friend was charged an extra $20 just to upgrade from regular polish to gel polish during her pedicure in addition to the $38 pedicure. They also seem to be out of several different colors for the dipping powder. The color I chose was different from the sample, which makes us wonder. The coral color I chose ended up being a highlighter orange. Great technical work but seems to be dishonest in how they practice customer service. I won't be returning read more

My mother asked for specific nails and he kept begging to do nexgen when she asked for acrylics. Waited more than an 1 hour just because she asked for acrylics. We got frustrated and ended up doing nexgen. She got a really bad cut on her finger and after they seen that my mother was upset they tried to offer drinks. The deluxe pedicure was anything but deluxe or relaxing. The male technician doing the pedicure was in such a hurry to finish and get to the next customer it was miserable! If you want to pay $60 for a pedicure with cold water, no dead skin removal on your heals, cold paraffin, cold "hot" stones, cold "steam" towels and polish that looks like a 6 year old did it, this is the place for you! Not to mention that despite the fact that my pants were pushed to my knee caps, he managed to cover them in scrub and oil that I am sure will never come out. read more

Yesterday I had a very relaxing Lavender pedicure with Marie. Marie took great care with my special requests (I had been going to another salon out of town and they did a bad job). My pedicure was perfect. Today I had an appointment with Bon. It's been a long time since I've seen him too. The process of taking off my previous set of acrylics with gel nail polish took time, but Bon is a perfectionist. I got a new set of Nexgen called Ombré (2 color polish) with glitter. Such a poor experience today. I went in and asked if I could get a powder mani and the girl said yes and sat me down. What she failed to say was that no one could do it for an hour. This was at 10 am. I don't mind waiting if I'm told- but honestly would have just come back another time. I asked at one point about 15 mins in how much the wait would be and was told any minute. On top of that he did the completely wrong color - I couldn't tell until the final coat how off it was. All in all a horrible 2 hour ordeal. Was NOT happy with what I got for what I paid. I get the same type of pedicure every time I'm there. My cuticles weren't even touched. Nor were my nails filed to be even. She filed one nail AFTER polish was put on. I won't be going back. For $70 I expect to get what I pay for. I'm not one to express my distaste while there because it's awkward and I didn't have the time to sit and hope they would actually do it properly if I said something. Now I get to go shell out more money to fix them. Also don't know where an extra $20 charge came from as the pedicure I get is $50. Say $5 each for taking off and adding gel still only adds up to $60. Super disappointed and upset I wasted my time and money here. Will not be returning. This place used to be my go to salon, but recently the quality of work has declined. Today I went in shortly after they opened to get Nexgen done o my grown out nails. The receptionist sat me and had me remove my own polish with a hot bowl of acetone and a paper towel. This is something they have always done but they don't charge for removal. I picked out a color and waited 30 minutes for someone to start my nails. I would have gone somewhere else had I known that it was a long wait to be seen. When someone finally got started on my nails, I was never asked if I wanted tips, shape preference and he ended up starting on them without me noticing he hadn't put on tips. I stopped him and said I wanted to add a tip on and he gave me attitude because he was going to have to start over. I told him that it was fine, my nails were grown out but as I watched him work I noticed that my nails were coming out shaped differently. One of them was really crooked. They wanted me to wait and have it fixed but I had somewhere to be and was going to be late after spending almost an hour and a half for a awful nail look. I have also had issues with the colors in books coming out totally different on the nail. Overall, it felt rushed (the nails not the overall time I was there) and like they didn't care about my time or money being spent. read more
