I came here a month or two ago and Kak did my acrylic fill. She was very nice and made sure my mom and I were comfortable. When it came to my nails, the acrylic was too thick in some places and ended up bumpy and uneven; they also sent us out after they were done without letting them dry. I was charged $82 for a set I can get for $50 that actually last, within a week my nails have started to come up and break and i've had my nails done several of times where they havent broke by other people who know what they are doing. Vogue is the best nail bar in Murfreesboro. The atmosphere is super classy and screams GNO. I felt like a Kardashian (Kim). I can vouch for their spa pedicures and gel manicures. They do a really neat + concise paint job and are reasonably priced. What made this trip exceptional was Brianna (Bree). This was maybe my second time having her to do my nails and she's so awesome. I was blown away with her assessing my nails/hands and recommending a square shape which I happily obliged to. It meant a lot that I wasn't just another nameless hand or foot to her and that she cares enough about doing a good job that she'd go out of her way to throw out tips and advice like that. This is by far the best place in Murfreesboro to get your nails done. The atmosphere is much nicer and the staff is much friendlier than any other nail salon here. It was a bit of a wait but the girls at the desk were so friendly apologetic for it. I really love the way my nails came out which is rare. Wow!! That's all I can say, well not exactly.....lol! I am very grateful that I found this place! I was tremendously in need of a pedicure and this place welcomed me right away. I had initially went to Prose down the street and they dismissed me and claimed they couldn't take care of me, so this was the next place on my list that I found online that closes a little later than the other salons. Pauline assisted me initially and she was very friendly and nice and showed me the packages that were available. I decide on the deluxe package and she directed me to Amber's station! What a fantastic person and great conversationalist. Amber served me like I was family and really took great care of me. Today I tried out this nail bar, very nice inside & good music. I asked for a regular full set and the technician, Tony suggested I got just the tip added with the dipping powder on top. I agreed and I'm sure glad I did. It was way faster, and is longer lasting color over the regular full set. Very pleased with Tony as well, he is very talented and took his time with me. Due to our schedules, I cannot just go by and show them what a childlike job they did on her nails. Came in for a pedicure, we waited 30 minutes just to be moved to a pedicure chair. We then had to sit in the chairs, without water so we couldn't even soak our feet. After waiting another 30 minutes without being helped we just got up and left. Not a great experience at all. The girl helping me was very sweet, but she butchered my nails, cut them so short, made them the wrong shape, and then made them shorter when she tried to change the shape. Because I now had stubs for fingernails, I asked for a regular manicure instead of a gel. She did a very poor job of painting them, and then their dryer wasn't working. Just a plain purple bulb which they claim helps dry your nails, but I looked at the bulb and it's just a regular purple ceramic bulb. I ended up sitting there blowing on my nails to make them dry. The sweet lady sitting next to me at the not-dryer also expressed that she did not have a great experience... That's two unhappy customers in one sitting. Going back to Bella. read more

I went there with my mom as a treat as our first Mother's Day together as moms and they started my pedi AFTER my moms was completely finished and we were there until they closed.Then the nail tech did a HORRIBLE job on my dip and the manager was no where to be found! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I go is just a disaster. I tried to get them a chance but I'm done. Last week I called to make an appointment on Wednesday afternoon. I get there on time, pick my color and they had me seating for 1 hour and 15 min before they even start the service. Today -a week later- two of my natural nails broke even though I had gel on it and is never an issue for me. I called again to make an appointment and fix them and the manager says I can just walk in. Get there and they made me wait 30 minutes, the tech cut my nails without my permission to the point I needed fake nails. After I complained the manager said everybody was busy and to be back at 5pm. I Get back on time and he barely touched my nails when he leaves to work on another person at the same time. After that he kept saying they didn't have the color I needed even though they did my nails A WEEK AGO! Bottom line don't waste your time and money here. Highly unprofessional. When i first started going here I would've probably given them 5 stars but it's gone down hill fast. The salon is very nice but Every time I go I have to wait. Then I sit down at a station and have to wait even longer. I don't get my nails done too often, so when I go, it's just to relax and treat myself. Today's pedicure + gel manicure was very rough,quick, and sloppy. Overall it looks okay though. I would go back if that was the only issue, but every time I've gone, I've gotten a different price , and it just keeps going up and up. (I go often enough to know that the prices shouldn't be changing that quickly) I'm 27, but look very young for my age, and know when I'm being taken advantage of. Never again! My 9 year old and I went there for the first and last time on 7/21. The skin around my toes had nail polish on them. The girl that painted my daughters nails didn't take of the old nail polish. And I just took my nail polish off my toe nails and they are stained!! They are stained darker than the nail polish. She was professional and her work outstanding. She goes to sit me down and tells the woman doing someone's nails that I'm her next appointment. The woman still had foil on her nails! Being a nail tech myself I can be picky. In from out of town needed a fill because 3 nails were lifting and I pointed out to the Tech and she proceeded to fill over the lifted nail after being told 3 times they were lifting. I reached over a couple times to help my granddaughter with her tablet and she was clearly irritated that I even had her with me but she didn't even make a peep the while 1.5 hours it took to do this POS fill on my nails. She proceeded to tell me to be still!!!! Shape is wrong and gel polish is lumpy and MY NAILS I TOLD HER THAT WERE LIFTING LIFTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THIS 55.00 FILL!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO!!!! I went in for a full set acrylic. After waiting 40 minutes, it was my turn. I noticed the woman was rushing to get through my nails but in the end, I was satisfied with the look. The price came to be $50 dollars for a full set of acrylic with a gel top coat, which is expensive to me for a basic full set, but because I was happy with the look, I went ahead and went with it. Sadly, the next day, one of the nails split; less than 24 hours later a nail popped off. The very next day after picking up a few toys off the floor I saw 2 of the nails were gone. Now, 5 days later I have 5 out of 10 nails left. With such a busy schedule, I am unable to make it in for an appointment so I called to speak to a manager for a refund. The manager, Vincent, immediately told me that it was my fault for the nails breaking, and said "NO REFUND FOR YOU!! YOUR FAULT!!"... After debating with him for 10 minutes I finally hung up the phone. I am a college student, who works hard for her money, and the fact that 50 dollars just got thrown out of the window is honestly sad. read more
