Not only did they do an amazing job, I just learned that the new chairs they just put in are geared toward being super sanitary not like other salons use. The plastic that goes in the bowls are way more expensive than your normal Salon but they don't care. They want everything to be top-of-the-line and good for their patrons. I made an appointment and still waited 40 min before someone came to start my service. I would have left but was seated immediately with my nails soaking in acetone. So, I couldn't leave. So to reiterate, my hands soaked in acetone for 40 minutes. My tech started and missed steps; I asked for them to be corrected and she started working much more quickly and rushed, perhaps annoyed that I asked for my nails on my left hand were trimmed and filed to the same length as my right hand. The end result wasn't great and I had to even out my nails when I got home. I'm very unhappy with my whole experience and quality of service, and paid $40 to boot. I won't return and don't recommend this salon. And due to the excessive time that my hands were in acetone my skin is is dry and cracking read more

Stopped by while I was in town for some NexGen nails. Crystal was my tech and she was awesome. She suggested a light NexGen dip and then a Shellack top coat since there were so many more colors available. I really like the feel of the top coat. (I went with the french white dip and a pearly white top coat) She really cared about the little details that most techs just gloss over. I took my friend here for mani pedis for a special occasion. Very little English is spoken so they had a difficult time understanding our order. My tech started my pedi and then took a call and was gone 15 minutes at least. It was dark and not very clean inside. My friends nail tech didn't understand what she wanted... Cut her nails too short... Then asked to put on tips that she did not want... And was very rough handling her hands and her nails. When she told him this was not what she wanted he became angry and did a very poor job taking off the acrylic... They were very apologetic but it was too late at that point. A lot of time and money wasted at this place and we will never return. Not a good experience at all. read more

Ambiance is dull- no sign of sunlight or fresh air in the place. I wasn't happy with their service. They had me sit in a chair for 1/2 an hour; no one turned the water on for me to prepare me for my pedicure: I was freezing cold- and when they finally did turn it on- the water was so hot- it scalded my foot! No one bothered to ask me what I wanted done or gave me a menu of mani/ pedi options or show me what nail color options they have. They man who finally sat down to do my hot pebble pedicure had long thumb nails , which he dug into my legs as he was rubbing the rocks on them. And he dug those nails into every one of my toes as he applied my nail polish. It was so painful- I left without getting a manicure done. Those two stars are for the manager- who was very kind and apologetic, he tried to set things right- but it just wasn't enough to make be return. I have a frequent visitor card with stamps on it if anyone wants it because I'm not going back there. read more

Went here for a rare pedicure. I did not want the exfoliating treatment on my legs due to a psoriasis outbreak and I asked her not to touch my legs. She did not understand my request and began to rub my legs with exfoliator, and when I pulled away and pushed my hand down gently and kindly said "no thanks," she swatted my hand away and continued to try. New to the Tulsa area, I decided to try vogue based on their positive yelp reviews and late hours. A small shop in a strip mall, I was a a bit skeptical upon walking in (don't expect modern) but was encouraged by how busy they were for 6:15 on a Wednesday. They have a decent collection of OPI polishes as well as shellac. If dip manicures are your thing, they have the largest collection of colors I've seen. I was seated right away and given the option between 3 tiers of pedicures ranging from $25-$45. Since it was a bit on the pricey side, I opted for the basic, but was very pleasantly surprised at the nearly half hour leg/foot massage and meticulous filing and buffing that came with it. My pedicurist, Lock (sorry if I'm misspelling), seemed like the owner. He had a great attention to detail, took his time, and was very courteous. I'll probably try a few other salons before I commit, based on the price and overall vibe, but wouldn't hesitate to go back here in a pinch. read more

I went in today to get a pedicure. The lady helping me asked me how many months pregnant I am. I am not pregnant nor have I recently been pregnant. She replied with "oh" and asked me to excuse her for a few minutes. She then came back and began my pedicure. No apology. I tried to stay and just get through it, but I kept thinking about it and couldn't stop the tears from flowing. Pretty soon the whole place noticed I was crying and everyone was staring at me. I was horrified and fled mid pedicure. I've never been more embarrassed in my life during what was supposed to be a relaxing time with a couple of friends. read more

Today I visited Vogue to have them wax my eye brows, lip and chin. As I was in the chair I felt very embarrassed. They preceded to tell (show me) the hair they were removing and comment on how much there was. My daughter was with me and asked what was so funny as another woman who worked there came over and the two spoke and laughed. I asked what was so entertaining and they spoke and commented again on " so much hair" ( I was due but this is not a exaggerated amount to be waxed) even if it had been, I was paying for a service. Feeling ashamed I doubt I will go back. I left feeling not only embarrassed by them but also by the fact my daughter felt the need to defend me. It wasn't a pleasant experience. read more

I have been going to Vogue since they opened three years ago. I can't say enough about how much they care that you are satisfied with the service they provide. I have had shellac manicures, pedicures, now the new dipping powders and they have all been great. Nicole and Crystal are precious. If I ever have a problem I know they will correct it - but I never have. Plus all their nail techs have been there a very long time so it's nice seeing all the familiar faces. Wow! This place was amazing! Busy on Christmas Eve? No problem for these folks! Opening early for their customers and still treating their customers with 5-star service! I'm from out of town, have family in the area, and stopped by for a walk-in. They were quick and very nice!
