She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the right bikes. She took the time to answer every question we had and clearly knew everything there is to know about e-bikes. What really stood out was how much she cared about making sure we got the perfect bikes for our needs. She encouraged us to take a test ride and walked us through all the features so we felt completely confident in our decision. There was never any pressure -- just great guidance and expertise. The first time I came in just to change my pedals- after using every tool at their disposal, they couldn't get the old one off, but they pointed me toward a great used part at a very fair price and helped me install it. They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it. The team was thorough, knowledgeable and it's clear they genuinely love helping people learn to work on their own bikes. Highly recommend!
