We are going through a lot right now and trying to balance work with making phone calls, as the service portal has been really difficult to navigate. I felt like I was bothering them every time I called, and by the time I finally got the information I needed, it was all bad news. Sometimes I regret not going to a larger dealership. They might have had the part in stock. At Sunset, I always received a loaner vehicle at no charge. However, I've already spent $185 for the diagnosis, which is the minimum charge regardless of how long it took. It's overwhelming when everything seems to hit at once. Then, whether it's a business, a stranger, or a friend; in a position to make a difference, it's a beautiful thing. That wasn't this. ‍
