I received a referral from a good friend that had a good experience with Volta, so I called them to check on an issue I was having. Disappointingly, Volta sent a guy over to just get a quote and not to actually do any troubleshooting. This was a waste of time since in hindsight it would have only taken them five minutes to determine that this issue was at the pole and was SCEs responsibility to fix -- for free. I had to call 15 minutes prior to the appointment window closing only to find out the technician was running ridiculously late. No one called to tell us they had to cancel again so we waited 2 hours for our appointment window for no reason. They could not accommodate a 3rd reschedule in a reasonable amount of time due to our busy schedule. This company really dropped the ball multiple times and left us extremely frustrated.
