Despite the fact there was a marathon going through the downtown area, right past the hotel at the time, the driver got us to the attraction in a timely manner. My ambivalent review of 3 stars is due to a miscommunication regarding the fare (which may have been on my part, not the driver's). I am certain he'd said we'd paid the full round-trip fare to and from Graceland and the hotel upon our arrival, and he gave us his card so we could call him directly when we were ready to return. I was asked to pay the same amount as the couple with whom I'd shared the ride, which I thought was odd but as the price seemed reasonable for a round-trip, I didn't question it and I added a 20% gratuity to the amount requested. I was not actually with the other couple so we did not stay together during the tour, and I didn't leave when they did. When I arrived back at the hotel I was asked for the same fare and I was puzzled. When I questioned the driver he then waived the fare but I insisted on paying it anyway as I did not want to deprive him of his livelihood if the mistake was mine.
