He abruptly responded, "Name?" After I gave him my name, he put me on hold without saying a word. A few minutes later, he came back on the line, but I couldn't clearly hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. His response was, "We're super busy in the store, okay? Your medication is ready," and then he hung up. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I waited for a while, and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I finally pressed the call button, and the woman who answered rudely said, "We saw you. We're busy in the store." I'm not sure why they seem to think customers can somehow see how busy they are over the phone or through the drive-thru speaker. Being busy is understandable, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple, "Thank you for waiting. We'll be right with you," would have made all the difference. Courtesy and basic customer service shouldn't disappear just because the store is busy.

CVS seems to have updated their automated telephone system... And it no longer works for refills. However, that request never actually makes it to the pharmacy. It's too bad - the pharmacists and staff at this location are excellent. They confirmed the issues over the past few months, and noted that several customers have complained. Still, no action has been taken and until their automated system is fixed, CVS is a 1* company that I would not recommend.
