They have an after hours drop off- and are closed Saturday and Sunday. Nice waiting area with water available. Couple of stools and chairs. I would def recommend- quick and efficient turn around. I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. OK - this is a partial review - as my new wheels are currently in production. I shopped everywhere for new billet wheels for my Harley and found out that a lot of them are real junk. Fortunately, I was introduced to SMT by my mechanic in Phoenix and called them right away. Their website has hundreds of wheel designs in multiple finishes and it basically drove me crazy. I reached Spencer at SMT and he was amazingly helpful in narrowing down my options so I could do more online shopping. The process culminated with a visit to their sales and assembly shop and a tour of their manufacturing facility. Fortunately, I saw a wheel design in their shop in powder coated black that was absolutely perfect for my needs (it was also one of the dozen or so I tagged online). Spencer helped me place an order that day for the specific design but in the double cut black and machined finish. Amazingly helpful and impressive company - and I cannot wait to get my new wheels.
