I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. Amazing people that do amazing work! They were honest and up front about everything. On my 2019 Ford Ranger they replaced the upper and lower control arms and tie rods on my passenger side due to an off-roading accident. While it was apart I had them go ahead and throw a two inch leveling kit on it and put Bilstein 5100 series front and rear shocks on it and they did a great job. After weeks of looking for rims to fit my car (it had a center cap that needed more room) and having no luck, I contacted AZ Tire Shop after reading their reviews, and was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of speaking with Dennis. Right off the bat, he was very focused, upbeat, extremely personable, and didn't try to rush me through the call or dismiss my request because it required some work on his end. I immediately felt comfortable with him and confident that he's going to do what he told me he was going to do. After answering some questions and texting back and forth (he responds to messaging fast) within a couple of hours, he sent me pictures of rims I could get locally or out-of-state. He was able to get the local ones quicker, so we opted to get the ones in-state, and since it was already Wednesday we thought we'd have to wait at least a few more days to get them installed. Dennis had them 2 days later! When we got there, he explained what the problem was in getting to correct rims, then he fitted them to see if they would work--and by some miracle they did! Dennis did 2 other things that blew us away---1st, the price was just as quoted (no upselling or surprises) and he told us to test drive the car to let the rims settle a little, and see how the car feels, then bring it right back so that he could tighten the rims a little more. When we got back, we thought we'd have to stay about another hour since he was busy, but no---we were in and out in just a few minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE GETTING RIMS EVER! These guys are great. I bought a pair of tires for the front of my Pontiac Firebird and was quite pleased with their recommendation. Once later I am fortunately had a flat with one and was too far to go back to them and ended up going to a shop called RNR on Greenway and 59th, where I was ripped off when they quoted me one price and charged me even more, not to mention that they took my car for a joyride and denied it, did damage to my front spoiler and denied it and I was so fed up I will never recommend them to anyone. We were on a road trip to pick up a classic truck. Our truck springs broke and we were stranded and couldn't pull the trailer any further. Dennis and the team are the most professional, sincere, customer focused technicians I've come across. I have a set of Michelin tires on my 2500HD miles that needed balanced. Dennis did the most thorough job checking balance and runout to solve my "vibration ". After fully checking each tire he determined one of the four had excessive runout. He was able to provide proper balance for that particular tire but runout is an internal problem with the tire that wheel weight alone can not fix. Okay, so these guys are amazing! I went in to get a leveling kit done on my stock 2016 F-150. When talking prices I just couldn't pass up the awesome price they offered me on a 6in lift with wheels and tires. I ended up going with a Rough Country lift and got the upgraded strut lift in the front instead of just a strut extension, which uses the factory strut. For tires I went with 35x12.50x20 Toyo open country M/T and for the rims I went with 20in Moto Metal M0962. I also upgraded my stock brakes and got slotted rotors and better brake pads. When doing some research I knew that there would be some trimming involved to fit 35's on my F-150 and all I can say is Wow! Trimming looks factory and everything fits perfectly with no rub at all. The ride quality even rides better then factory. Dennis and Richard were very professional and made my truck dreams come true with the work they put in. I would highly recommend these guys they know exactly what there doing. I tried putting as many before and after pictures as I can and I think they speak for themselves. I also got my tint done there and it came out flawless. My truck came out sick with that custom performance look that they put together for me, so yeah I'm going to brag about it!
