I originally made a Facebook post in regard to this hoping for a response from VooDoo. All that happened was my post got deleted and I got blocked. I was also denied entry to Hexx for "talking sh*t on social media". My brother and I went in for bingo on July 20th. He left a cash tip and signed the $14 receipt. Two days later, his account is charged for $19. There's no phone number to call for this business. He went in the next week and spoke to the bartender that was there that day (not the one that wrote in her own tip). She said she'd have to go back and look at the receipts from that night. He never heard anything back. Several months later, I tried to go to Hexx with some coworkers and was denied entry. At first the bouncer said it was an expired ID (I literally received my new card 3 days prior). Then the larger bouncer came over and said "You wanna talk sh*t about us on social media, you don't get in". Not sure why they consider making a post with the text above "talking sh*t" when there is no other way to contact them. Still, there has been no contact or resolution regarding this. read more

Came for some entertainment. Was litetaly minding my own buisness drinking a soda. When an extremely rude body guard started yelling at me for sitting in the wrong area. (I have vision problems so I didn't see the sign.) I decided to leave because I was bored on account of the place being dead. As I was walking away, he literally started to follow me while yelling "I'm sorry you couldn't read signs properly." Then yelled to other employees why he thought I was leaving. Instead of letting me leave in peace. I ended up accidentally leaving through the wrong door, lol. Because I was so uncomfortable I was being chased by an aggressive monkey. I thought the purpose of a body guard was to prevent violence, not instigate unnecessary drama. Should probably learn how to confront people in a less aggressive way. Won't be returning as long as the steroid using body guard is on staff. read more

Really the only place in downtown Medford for a full bar and nightclub experience- love it. Good food also and great staff !

Oh you silly voodoo, get charged a cover to dance to two songs and then a massive stage of 3 fights breaks out where a young gal gets knocked unconscious by a guy and instigated by a "regular" as your Johnny bravo looking bouncer said. whom let him slide on your new dress code that he was pushing on everyone else. To top it off, I couldn't even get to the bar In time to get a damn drink after paying the cover fee . Let's not even get Into the negligence that staff and security showed to the gal whom remained unconscious after almost everyone cleared out. What a joke. Recently visited this place for the first time. I have to say it was pretty good. I had the martini flight of 6 different martinis. They were all delicious and definitely more than just "watered down juice". My group walked away with a nice buzz afterwards. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a little too dark and I couldn't really see the beautiful flight of drinks I had. I would go back. read more

I had high hopes for this place since I had heard a lot of hype about it. I had ordered a martini flight which were not martinis. They were more like sugary juice. Never have I had a martini that was nothing but drink mixers. We also ordered a pizza to split and it was awful. It wasn't any better than a store bought Totinos pizza. (Gross) The bartender was super nice but needless to say this place lacks quality. We left and went to Immortal Spirits and got REAL martinis. What Voodoo was serving is not a martini, it's just a cup of mixer. Super disappointed and won't be back. Anyone who likes this place clearly has no idea what good drinks are. read more

To start off I had hear some bad reviews about this place so I have avoided it since they have opened but finally decided to check it out. Our first few times were pretty great. The music was good, the bartender was on point and was a relaxed atmosphere for dancing and drinks. The last 3 times we have gone it's been disappointing. The service has been completely awful, their only good bartender either is no longer there or doesn't work the weekend shift, their security staff is rude and not pleasant to interact with coming and going from the bar. We went in last night and now they charge a cover due to "being the only dance club in the valley" that was from the owners mouth. They now have a dress code and weren't allowing a girl with a thin pullover in without her tucking in her hood because it just "doesn't look nice enough to get in." When I asked why that seems inappropriate but her boyfriend wasn't dressed nicely the owner said it's because "he's a regular so it doesn't really matter what he wears. "No even 10 minutes after getting in , 3 huge fights broke out and a girl was knocked unconscious from a man. I helped this girl to the couch to try and keep her awake as I yelled for someone to call 911. They allowed incredibly drunk people to be a problem but you aren't allowed to wear tank tops, so that surely insures that there won't be an issues. I absolutely love this coffee bar. The owner is truly a remarkable woman. Her track record of successful entrepreneurship has me really excited to see the success of her business unfold in downtown Meddled. I strongly recommend the Tea and the Black rifle coffee. More importantly the opportunity to meet a Medford, Oregon business owner that is truly standing out as a progressive forward thinking business. read more

I give this zero stars. Never in my life have I ever been treated so disrespectfully. Both security and owner were out of line. I made a comment to my husband about never returning as the bartenders were incredibly rude. I asKed for an itemized bill as the total was higher than expected. This was apparently too much to ask. So upon leaving I tell my husband never again. In addition, someone that was there with friends used the women's restroom (single locking door) and was kicked out. So, as I made the comment to my husband, the bouncer and owner make a comment back to the effect of "Good, and hope the same for your friend we kicked out." I then said, "Careful about assuming someone's gender..." at that point the bouncer proceeded to come into my space and repeatedly yell that I'm a f-ing b-word." I truly stood in shock, near tears and said, "you do not need to talk to people like this." At that point he tells me to go. As we waited for the cross walk light to change, they continued to verbally accost us. At one point the owner put his hands on my husband. Since we had it on video, We called MPD and the officer was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you! Long story short, this is an awful place. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Never should someone scream and yell at someone like that. Disgraceful humans. read more
