Ordered the point burger. I enjoyed the combo of jalapeño cream cheese, avocado, bacon, and a medium cooked burger with lettuce and onion. I should have ordered it medium rare as it was a little too dry but that was my error. The French fries I order with seasoning and a side of their homemade cheese sauce. Late evening and looking for something close to the hotel. Drove by this place for two days and finally went in. Good menu and I went with the fish and chips with a slaw side. Disappointed. Fish was lukewarm in the center and the fries were as well. Three people dining so not sure why my food couldn't be hot. Best part was the slaw. Sides were pretty small but none wasted I guess. In the town for the evening as we are traveling to SOCAL from WA, checked into our hotel and ventured out to find a place that had vegan dishes on their menu. Used YELP to find this establishment. This cool pub is located in a small strip mall. We walked in and it was abuzz with customers! The menu is vast and it has a nice vegan section. We both ordered the "patty melt" with fries and two beers from the tap list. Our waitress was very friendly and easy to talk to, she made the recommendation to select the fries. The fries are battered and crisp.,,, delicious. The patty melt came on marbled rye bread, with sweet bbq sauce, vegan melted cheese and jalapeños. The burger was flavorful. The entire meal was wonderful. This was a good find evidenced by the crowd of locals dining. Definitely will return! read more

Great little find during an overnight stop in Medford. It was really close to our hotel, and several others. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a cozy little restaurant inside with a lot of cool pictures from the early 1900s. I wish I would have taken pictures of the decor but it was a long day of driving and I didn't think about it. All the food was really good. My husband had a French dip, my daughter got a cheeseburger, and I went with the chicken quesadilla. The avocado didn't work for me but being a California girl, I get it. My daughter's French fries were the absolute best restaurant fries I've had in a loooong time. My husband enjoyed a local beer and I went with my standard white Russian, which was nice and strong. They had a really interesting cocktail menu, but I wasn't feeling adventurous there. As for service, outstanding. Our server was so friendly, attentive, and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Great service and friendly staff but ok burger and prime rib dip. The burger didn't appear to be a fresh handmade patty (very restaurant generic) and the au just for the dip tasted like water. Good fries! Good spot for a beer and their house lager was tasty. read more

The menu has changed with a greater variety of food. The mac & cheese included bits of chicken, bacon, carrots and broccoli served in a very large bowl with a slice of toasted garlic bread. It was good but enough for a least two people. I noticed several people leaving with boxes so portions here seem to be large. The beer choices have changed with various alcohol levels. read more

A girl walks into a pub... This had to of been one of the oddest experiences I've had with dining in a while. The layout of the restaurant is rather odd. You walk in can you literally are walking through the dining area. There's no rhyme or reason as to whether or not you should see yourself, or wait for someone to see you. Once you are seated, let the games begin... Literally and figuratively. They have numerous TVs all over the place, and this definitely is a locals hang out for grabbing food, drinks, hanging out with friends, and watching, whatever sports is currently on the TVs. Service was less than favorable, and in fact, it was nonexistent. When there was service, Joe our waiter had that TV show sitcom vibe of "no soup for you ". He wasn't just rude to us, he was rude to the other customers sitting at other tables near us. It's just not an experience that anyone wants to have wall dining. We both ended up ordering what clearly could be an artery blocker, but came highly recommended from the friendly people sitting at the table next to us, was the pulled pork with mac & cheese sandwich. Definitely not anything that I would ever order, but they raved about it so much we gave into peer pressure. The sandwich was interesting, but, like I said, definitely not my style or anything that I would ever order. I ended up picking my sandwich apart and eating the meat. The mac & cheese was so so, and despite being told that it really added to the flavor of the sandwich, it didn't do much for me. We both opted to order fries for one of us and onion rings for the other, so that we could share. The onion rings were pretty tasty, as were the fries. If service had been better or existent, I may have opted to increase the overall rating. This is supposed to be one of the better local spots in the area to dine at. Diners tip: aside from not sitting in Joe's section, they offer a lot of vegan options, and have an entire vegan section on the menu. read more

Service was fine but the food was unfortunately terrible, even for bar food. What we did end up eating, we ate only because we were very hungry. The food took ages to arrive, 45 minutes for a children's scramble and almost 30 for some burnt waffles. $10 for bone dry & burnt mini waffles. The yolks on the Eggs Benedict were completely cooked through instead of poached. Also, the English muffins on the Eggs Benedict weren't even toasted. Almost everyone in our party had a portion of their order wrong. If you're looking for a quality brunch, choose elsewhere. read more

A local bar downtown that has pretty good selection of beers and food options . Sweet potato fries were great and perfect ranch dressing. Got the BLT which was ok. Someone else got the vegan burger which was good, but the bun was so hard and they could barely bite into it. Night one we had Philly cheese steaks - lots of meat, soft bun and cheese sauce yum!! Very authentic. Night two I had a pulled pork sandwich with fries and husband had the fish and chips (he says it would be easier to eat the fish and chips on a plate so U can cut the fish). First time here. As my check in indicated, the French dip reviews drew me in. Menu said it was thin-sliced ribeye. Now, I do not have a sophisticated palate. It's barely functional. But I've had a lot of French dip sandwiches. When the flavor seemed like all the rest I had, I opened up the sandwich. Ever been skeptical that the pork "patty" McRib sandwich at McDonald's is in the shape of ribs? Pork, chopped or blended and molded. My brother and I go there sometimes. We can spend over two hrs there just sipping cocktails and ordering sides! Always great food! The fish tacos are on point! No joke there, just really good tacos. Cool and interesting cocktails that are very flavorful and delicious! Service is awesome! We usually go on a Monday or Tuesday and we always enjoy our server who's always willing to help. Idk his name, tall guy with a beard. Dude can shake something up to blow your mind! Great bartender! He's polite and respectful but not afraid to joke around. I like that! Love the ambiance as well! Nice place, sports on several screens. Extensive beer list, very nice folks. Hubby had a chicken ciabatta and upcharged to sweet potato fries. I had the patty melt and upcharged to onion rings. Hubby thought his was delicious. Mine was cooked how I asked for it. Caramelized onions and a gooey, cheese-filled, messy delight. Onion rings very good, but I would have appreciated a few more. My friend and I came for an early dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was. Our server was by himself but he was moving and I never felt more taken care of.
