This was the first time I tried Voodoo Wings and I will never give them my business again. I ordered on 12/23, and was just able to get in contact with them after the holiday to address my concerns with how my food was prepared, or there lack of. And the employee I spoke with was beyond rude and literally asked why was I calling 5 days later and informed me they do not clean their chicken and it comes "pre cleaned". Needless to say, I had to give her a lesson on proper customer service and she gave me the wrong number for their corporate office. My mild wings had great flavor, the medium was nice and had a little heat. The lemon pepper was a little to dry for my taste, but my friend loved them. The bbq had a nice zing. This is absolutely my favorite wing place in Auburn. We've been here 15+ times and Voodoo is always consistent with super fresh food and a very friendly staff. The flavors are awesome and well balanced: lemon pepper and voodoo are my favorites. Another thing that sets Voodoo apart is its super crispy wings, including the bayou bites (boneless). This was my first time going to Voodoo and it was amazing. The manager was very pleasant and let me try the sauces to find out which one I wanted on my wings. I ordered through Grubhub and it took a long time approximately 30 mins from order to receiving my food, I watched a lot of people get there food that ordered after me. Don't do Grubhub if you are going to eat in the restaurant you will get your food faster. The cashier told me that I should get the voodoo flavor because that is his favorite so I did. It was not too hot and not too sweet. If you are feeling daring try The Bomb it will knock your socks off and make you hurt, but it will be a fun ride. The fries and fried pickles were a lot better than most restaurants. They have cold banana pudding which is good for cold banana pudding, nothing to run home and tell about but good. My recommendation would be for you to get the 9 piece wing with voodoo flavoring with the fries. That was my favorite part of the stuff I got. read more
