I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service. Afterwards he texted me with the recommendation of replacing the windshield and I made the appointment. An hour or so before the appointment time, Javier texted me and apologized, saying that he was running late and gave me a new estimate time that he was arriving at the house, which was going to be a couple of hours later than the original time. I very much appreciated the update. About 45 minutes from the appointed time, Javier texted me to tell me that he was on his way, in about 30 minutes. Javier arrived on time and replaced the seal and windshield in a timely manner. Another , a novsight ditch lights (2016 Lexus GX ) which was put on seamlessly all wires hidden brackets and ditch light push switch on the available port switch on the left side of the GX. They light up at night. Music N Motion does everything . Labor might be hefty price but labor costs high everywhere in the US. Andrew is very helpful and doesn't pressure you or upsell anything . They have the latest dash cams and they even do vinyl wraps and tint. I trust this place very much and am happy with their work. They treat my vehicles great and clean until complete.Prices are transparent from the beginning. It's in downtown walkable Dublin with lots of eateries and shops to kill time if it's only a few hours. They recently remodeled the inside for the customers liking and comfort. This is my go to car mod customization shop in tri valley . I'm glad I have them a shot . The communication is fantastic as they update you via text or phone call when ready to pickup. 5/5 all the way. Last note: You can finance any large expense purchases/installs.
