1st Time Customer - Never even tried the food.... Was looking forward to getting dinner for my family here tonight. Sadly, I was completely ignored. They were not even that busy. I had to ask for a menu and still no one offered to help me. After almost 12 minutes of standing there at the counter, I gladly walked right out. This is one of the best Salvadoran restaurants in the entire Antelope Valley. The horchata has original ingredients (semillas de morro) and the flavor is incredible! The pupusas had a good amount of filling and you could taste the freshness of each ingredient in all foods. We had the pastelitos, pupusas, yuca y chicharrón, plátanos, and pastelitos. Now, the food is delicious and the service was wonderful. Our servers name is Armando and he was able to share cultural stories with my family and I. When you think about great service at a restaurant this is the place. He would check in frequently and explain all the items we were considering. I did not have to ask for anything else from him because he was always prepared. Then, you have lovely music playing in the background but it doesn't sound too loud where you can't hear other people talking. I would 10000000% recommend this place and ask for Armando if you can. She greeted us immediately with a smile and a vivacious attitude. She helped me with questions I had about the menu and provided incredible service the entire meal. The pupusas are delicious but a long wait to get your food waited a good 40 minutes. I would recommend to call ahead of time.

Unfortunately even though the food is good the wait times omg over an hour wait each time I order ahead and still wave to sit and wait more at the restaurant. They definitely need to hire another cook because this happens every single time I order. read more

The pupusas are okay not a big deal. If you call to place an order be ready to be on hold every damn minute.

Be careful because they will overcharge you. They added tax to each item I ordered individually when they put the price in and then added tax on top of that. Don't order the horchata unless you're sure you like that kind of horchata. It's very different than Mexican horchata. Besides that pupusas are good, just takes a really long time to get your food. read more

I love Pupusas, so I was excited to see this place when I went to Fed Ex. It's a sit down restaurant, not what I was expecting. I thought it would be counter service like all the places before it. Unfortunately I won't go back. The Pupusa was greasy and tasted like a raw corn tortilla. There was plenty of filling of beans and cheese. The cabbage and sauce toppings were skimpy. The red sauce was good a little spice but very mild and tomato like. The cabbage is usually my favorite but had too much jalapeño and large chunks you had to eat around. Prices are kind of a lot for what you get. Overall there are way better pupusas in the AV. read more

Good taste great! Clean location. It does take about 45 minutes - 1 hour for your food to be ready. The A/C on this location and the one on 10th St west suck! It's 106 outside and it feels coolers outside than inside. read more

This place is simply terrible. Service sucks. They brought out your orders at different times, and the food was awful. We ordered the meat pies and yuck, my son took one bite, that's all. I forced myself to eat mine but it wasn't good. French fries were good, but it was a very small amount. They do not serve unsweetened ice tea. Bottom line, I will not be going back. read more

Very accurate Salvadoran menu (the food really had me feeling like I was eating back home in metapan). Also fast service and really caring staff. My favorite part about this place is how the pupusas are made. Every Salvadoran restaurant I've been too makes pupusas that are drained in oil and grease. Voz's pupusas are made just right though, not too dry yet not to greasy. Perfect pupusas tbh. Will be coming back for sure. read more

The food is honestly really good and freshly made so it takes a while to get your food. The place feels nice and looks good. The service however, is bad. I don't know what the cause is, maybe they don't have enough people working or the place is just flat out disorganized. Its takes a long time to get your order taken, it's a free for all when it comes to getting a table, and the tables get serviced in no particular order. It's not the first or second time we've come, like I said the food is honestly good. But if it's not convenient to come here for example, we have other errands to run at places close to the restaurant. Then I'd rather go to another Salvadoran restaurant. Vos pupusas isn't the only good Salvadoran food in the area, but it's the only good Salvadoran food with crap service. read more

Make sure to ask for your receipt. This place charges a 3% fee for the use of a debit or credit card except they also include this charge in cash payments. It's happened to me every time I have paid cash and when I questioned them about the fee, they'll return the fee money back, but with an attitude. read more
