Great food, absolutely terrible service. Called in advance to place an order and was given a 15-25 minute window, so I arrive 30 minutes later and was not given my food until an additional 30 minutes. I'm not upset I had to wait 1 hour for my food, I'm upset of the straight up lie, in which they told me a wait time that was so off of the real time. This lack of communication clearly comes from management who I'm sure tell their waiters to keep telling the customer that the food is "on its way" when in reality they haven't prepared it yet. read more

I Have been here before and things were fine. Stopped by this week and ordered 10 pupusas, and 3 drinks. 20 min later and we received a platter of pupusas and we told the waitress we needed plates and our drinks. We waited for 15 min for the plates and drinks and then we walked out. It's not hard to bring plates out, not sure how the waitress felt it was okay to bring out the food but no plates. The restaurant was empty, only 4 tables had customers. I don't know if they're understaffed or the waitress is just brain dead (I think it's the latter). Bad customer service and the waitress have horrible attitude and are very slow we waited almost 2 hours for food to be served for 6 pupusas. Food was extra salty and burnt. First time coming here after a friend recommended this place. I ordered the Shrimp and Octopus cocktail. The seafood was fresh and tasty, the veggies I could tell were fresh cut. I thoroughly enjoyed every last bite. I was completely stuffed after my lunch. I highly recommend trying this place out. Next time I'll try the pupusas. 09/02/2022 Went during lunch hour today and upon walking in I was not greeted at all, I asked the girl at the front if I can sit at any table or do I wait for her and she looked at me like I'm stupid and said "que?!", so I then repeated my question in Spanish. Then a different worker came to my table to take my order and again looked at me like I'm stupid when I placed my order in English so then I repeated it in Spanish. The horchata I ordered was very watery with no flavor, so I asked if I can just get a water and the worker got upset asking me whats wrong with it. When she came back to bring me my water she had an attitude I got pupusas revueltas and they were not good either I would not recommend this place, the food isn't good and the workers have an attitude. Loved the food everything is delicious. Popusas are a good size. The Sopa the Gallina is my top favorite dish, the broth is delish and veggies are perfectly cooked.
