They offered me water or champagne when I walked in, and let me browse the store. Vow'd is amazing and a must for brides! The store is intimate and gorgeous. My best friend and I came in to try on dresses together. Lydia was our stylist, she was amazing! She helped us figure out what we were looking for as we walked in with the vaguest of notions of what we'd want. My stylist acted like she could not have cared less about my experience or whether or not I found a dress. She kinda just put me in dresses and walked away- no information regarding the dresses or any words that would have made me feel confident. The dresses also looked dingey and did not have a very good selection. My entire entourage was shocked over this experience, especially after hearing so many great things. A local friend recommended this place to me, and I'm so glad she did! I had a little emergency where I would maybe/maybe not need a dress on very short notice. I was able to book an appointment within relatively short notice. The booking process is super easy. It's all done online, and it's a breeze to modify as needed. They send all sorts of helpful confirmations to give you the peace of mind you desperately need if you are in this position. When you're making your appointment, they ask some questions that make the appointment go by smoother, especially pertaining to your style. When we got here, immediately we loved how cute the locale is. There was a little sign outside with my name, as well as the names of the other brides that had appointments that day. The inside is very cozy, but everyone has their own pedestal and changing room to stand on. When we came in we were immediately offered drinks. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel special and have a wonderful experience. The process was quick for me! The stylist had several dresses already pulled, and she knew me better than I knew myself. The dress we ended up picking was one that I immediately dismissed when I first saw it, so trust the stylist and step out of your comfort zone! Most of the styles that I saw on myself and the other ladies in the room were very low cut, so heads up! Given my unique situation where I wasn't sure if I would need a dress or not, my only issue was the purchase/return policy. I was hoping I could put down a deposit on it, and maybe get the deposit back in case I didn't need the dress. The way the policy works is I would have to pay in full right then and there, and I would have two weeks to return it for a full refund. This didn't work for me, so we settled on the gamble of if I determined that I would need the dress, I would go back and see if it was still available, so that was a little scary. Overall amazing experience. Whether you're local or not, this is an amazing place to shop for dresses, and I would absolutely come back here! read more

This is by far the best wedding dress shop I have been too. I had Victoria as my stylist & she was amazing, very personable and task oriented at finding me THE dress. She took all my comments on likes/dislikes to come up with something a little better each time. Vow'd has a big selection of styles, silhouettes, materials & sizes. The vibe, the aesthetic, the staff, the dresses! I would happily recommend Vow'd to anyone I know! Everything about the experience was great! We were offered champagne, we were allowed to browse through all of the dresses, and my gal McKenna helped me play with sleeve options, different veils, ettccc. I didn't feel like I was annoying her whatsoever; she was very accommodating and was happy to offer opinions/feedback when asked. She was able to pick up on reactions like smiles vs frowns when you don't even realize you're doing it. This is helpful when you have no idea what you're looking for so your mind is saying one thing, but your face is saying something different lol! I will say the shop is pretty small, so at first we thought it might feel awkward trying on dresses at the same time as others, but they did a great job with the try-on station layout in that regard - you have a feeling of privacy even while being out in the open. To top it off I had an appointment somewhere else the next day and didn't find anything, Vow'd happen to be down the street so I popped in to make an appointment to try on a specific dress one more time and they actually let me throw it on right then!! That was awesome given my mom was flying home the next morning. That solidified everything and I bought the dress! Yay! I 100% would say make an appointment and give them a try! read more

Vow'd Nashville is a wonderful bridal boutique with super helpful staff. We went in to go gown shopping, we were a little early to our appointment but they were still able to accommodate us! They offered us champagne or water as soon as we sat down. My stylist pulled dresses I had seen online, we also got to try on lots of other dresses. She helped me into each down. They had several sizes of all of the gowns so they were sure to get you in a gown even if you needed to be clipped in. So many bridal shops only have "sample sizes" and some I couldn't even get over my thighs. I ended up buying my gown here and I am so happy with my decision! read more

I loved the open concept and having multiple opinions & walking out of my dressing room with people cheering me on. I went to one of their sample sales recently and while I rarely give few stars, I was very disappointed. They advertised 80% off sample dresses, but the dresses were only 40% off for a limited quantity of dresses with multiple stains, missing zippers, missing buttons, and tears. They gave me 30 minutes to try on dresses but did not help with the process whatsoever and only allowed two guests in with me. I was the only bride in the building, and there were 3 stylists in the building with us and I had no help picking out dresses, getting in and out of dresses, or finding new dresses. The staff was rude to me when I walked in and rude when I didn't find anything. I hate to give bad reviews, but this location did not live up to the expectations on its website for me. read more

Vow'd sent my daughter 2 dresses. Problem is that they didn't know if they were ordering street or bridal size according to Vow'd. Sounds like an excuse to me. So, instead of getting us the right sized dress, they decide to send it to their alteration person, without my daughter present to have it altered. After we picked up the dress....it still didn't fit. Now the waist line is messed up and the alterations from another shop are costing as much as the dress did. Now my wife and daughter have multiple of other fittings to squeeze in and we are still dealing with issues due to how they handled my daughter's dress. The shop handling the alterations said that vow'd should be paying for the alterations since they altered it without my daughter present. I want to thank the Nashville Vow'd store for making the wedding dress part of daughter's wedding a nightmare. read more

I will alter my review once I receive my dress, but overall I had a really positive experience at Vow'd! I made the last minute decision to make an appointment while in Nashville. The stylist who helped me was so patient, helpful, and truly made the experience amazing! I ended up find my dress, but I did not order that day as I wanted to wait. My reason for docking one star is that I received roughly 2 phone calls almost every day after I left Vow'd asking if I wanted to order my dress. I understand it's a business, but I felt so pressured and anxious about receiving so many calls. Other than that, a very positive experience! read more
