We had booked a jumper from another party rental place (WOW! Party Rental) a month before my daughters party. On the day they were supposed to deliver at 1pm, I called at 1:30 when they hadn't arrived, I was told the driver was running an hour and a half late but was on his way. At 3:30 I called again when they still hadn't come, they told me it should be there but they would get in contact with the driver and call me back. They did not. I called again at 10 til 4 and they informed me my order was canceled and their truck wouldn't be able to come. My wife found VP Jumpers, called them, and within 45min they had dropped off a jumper for the party! They were awesome. Super kind. Easy to work with and SAVED THE PARTY. First time ordering from this company and it was a success. I rented a jumper, popcorn machine, snow cone machine, tables, chairs, and a canopy. Valentine delivered everything as promised, and it was all setup before my party started. I can't really comment on price, because my reservation was last minute and most places were already fully booked. I was lucky to land this reservation, but I don't think the prices were unreasonable at all. I was slightly nervous due to the last review, however, I did not have the same experience as she did. I spoke with Valentine, and he made very clear how much everything would cost. On the day of the party he came with the invoice prepared, and it matched the price quoted on the phone. I would suggest that anyone reading this go out and visit his website, he has so many jumpers, and slides. I'm bummed that the backyard was too small for the waterside, but even with just a generic jumper, the party was a blast. I recommend VP Jumpers to anyone asking. Sadly the owner is actually a relative of a family friend. I called two weeks ago, got a quote for a jumper $65 in the city of Mira Loma. He advised the prices vary on city. And I provided the city and description of the jumper I wanted.. it was going to be $65 total. I did not place the order at the time because I wanted to ensure it was not going to rain. Yesterday, I asked my uncle to call because I was running errands, he calls to place the order and was told it would be over $200 for the jumper alone, details were the same, same jumper same city.. So he called me and told me the price I told him not to call back, that I would place the order myself since he quoted me $65 two weeks ago. I then call, and am told the price will be $100 dollars, I provided the same details as from before. I said no thanks and have rented a jumper from another vendor for my Saturday party. It gets better, my cousin had a xmas party with her company for the foster care agency she works with. She gets quoted $250 for tables and chairs to accommodate 200 people. I was present when the reservation was made, and he clearly stated the prices and items. She calls a day before the event to confirm delivery time. Owner tells her she only ordered 20 chairs. And 25 tables ( seats 8) for the amount she is paying.. and if she wanted 200 chairs then she would have to pay extra.. my cousin was furious. Why the fuck would a company order tables for 200 ppl and only 20 chairs! Of course it was too late to order from another vendor. So she had to pay over $300 for the items. He was 1.5 hrs late for delivery AND pick up. Look, if you go with this vendor/owner, make sure you get a quote e-mailed to you. Cause he's super sketchy. And if you're reading this Senor Valentin, I believe it is, customer service and quality is what returning customers look for. Shady ass business. read more
