Beware this people are scammers. I called a week before to get a quote for tables cover over the phone. I spoke with the owner's daughter and she gave me the price over the phone. She gave me the total and she got the payment over the phone. The day of my event the owner wouldn't release the table cloth because we didn't paid a deposit which it was never mentioned to us since day one. She ended up giving us the table cloths 30 minutes before our event on top of that they were wrinkled. The owner have a really bad attitude our experience with them was not pleasant. Love this place! It's a cute little store not too far from Downtown Pomona. The owners are friendly and very helpful. They have plenty of things for all your party needs. They also have a good variety of jumpers. We rented tables and chairs with table cloths and some heaters. They delivered it for us. It's also nice that the younger guy who did the delivery was very helpful and actually pretty cute. I would definitely order from them for future events. read more

Yes, the family is nice, and reasonable prices. They told me they would drop everything off the night before, and that didn't happen. No problem. They came the following day, and the table cloths were super wrinkled. I asked why they weren't ironed and they said that was extra. I wished they would've mentioned this when I placed the order, I would've paid. I spent about 45 min with them at their shop how did they not offer that? Instead a couple hours before the baby shower I was ironing table cloths! Ridiculous. On top of that the balance due when they delivered everything had increased. Why? Used them for the first (and last) time since it's really close to our home. I rented 16 round tables at $6 each (not bad) and there was no delivery within the same city. They also said they'd deliver the day prior to my event since it was a large order (perfect!) Asked for my total over the phone, and the man who assisted asked me to have the EXACT amount at the time of delivery. Ended up calling them around 5pm the day before the event after waiting all day. They claim they had been calling me and even left a message. Looked back at my call log and there was 1 call I happened to miss. No message. Plus they claimed I wasn't sure if I was going to use them among other things, which I never said! They had me confused w/another customer who had walked in! So then they promised I'd be their 1st delivery the next morning. BS! They delivered the tables at 1:15PM the next day, 45 minutes before my party was to start. Then when they asked for payment I was being charged more for tax and "fees" and I only had the exact amount they had asked me to have in my initial call, which is what they got. Upon setting up, we came across a table that was completely broken so I had to call them to replace it. At this point I was livid. Horrible customer service and the worst experience I've ever had with party rentals. Most definitely will NOT be using them again!!! read more

Rented tables, chairs, tablecloths, and a jumper for my daughter's birthday party. Customer service was great and everything looked wonderful! I was on the hunt for reasonably priced white resin chairs as I do not particularly like the like the regular white folding chairs. I thought I found them here; however, this was not the case. The chairs are actually made of wood, not resin, and the seat cushions all vary in size - no consistency. Although everything looked great once it was set up, I was hoping to get the real deal, especially when paying $1.50 plus tax for each chair. I have never heard of anyone able to accept a payment without a deposit first hand. This place is very unprofessional I had to go 30 mins before MY OWN BABYSHOWER to go a pay a $20 deposit because they wouldn't take it over the phone because it was only cash ????? Went in and had the nerve to not only put the blame on her own daughter but not take responsibility on either of their parts that the mistake was theirs. We had previously paid the full amount for our rentals so why wouldn't they tell us that we still had to pay a $20 deposit after the fact???? Dropping off our rentals was still also a hassle she still wanted to argue a professional should know a lot better to run a business but we're better then to argue over $20 since it was such a big deal to the owner we let her have it so do yourself a favor and save your money overall and go somewhere that knows how to run a business correctly !!!!! read more

Great supplies and service for our daughter's first birthday! They were understanding when we cancelled the jumper the day before the party because rain was forecasted. And when it didn't rain, we called them that morning and they set it up before our 2pm start! They don't deal well with black people. Over the phone was a lil hard communicating but we had an understanding. Went in person to pay and give address they would not do business with me. No one knew who I was or who I had made rental with and they were not really open. What the heck!!! read more
