Knowing that both my boys would need orthodontic treatment, I wanted convenience from my VP home, but not sacrifice quality and value for the approx 12k total investment in their smiles. So far, we are about 13 months into our older son's phase 2 ortho journey, and 5 months into our younger's who started about 10 months later. The pricing is all inclusive for about 18 months of visits, in our cases, and all work therein. Their initial evaluation is a well-run process, with the evaluator going through her script and communicating with the orthodontist throughout the X-ray review and ortho consultation. She cheerfully explains the financial responsibilities, initial investment options, and nominal breakfast club or sibling discounts. They do have a cute office gimmick to reveal a candy cart as a sort of last hurrah of banned candy before starting treatment. They strive to keep their patient volume triaged at all times and provide text appt reminders well in advance, and day of reminders for those who might've forgotten past appts like us! Much appreciated. They are clear on appt duration so you can shop at the Ralph's next door or ship a package at the Good Neighbor pharmacy nearby, both of which I have frequently done! read more

Really happy with my treatment. Dr. Macginnis was the only ortho that initially diagnosed my condition properly. He was one of 4 consults I had and I felt immediately confident with choosing his office. They also worked with me on pricing to help solidify my decision. The office itself is a well oiled machine with warm happy and helpful staff that seem to really care, and are happy to be there. Missing/rescheduling appointments can be a bit tricky because they are very busy but overall all customer service is outstanding. VP Smiles has a great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they always make sure that our son and his dental care is well-taken care of. All of the orthodontists are wonderful here. Although there's sometimes a bit of a wait, they always try to get him in as quickly as they can. Dr. Lee has been doing a fantastic job with straightening my teeth with Invisalign. I had an overbite and a snaggy tooth. She arranged for my snaggy tooth to be pulled out, and shaped my teeth to properly close the gap. After having braces as a teen many (many) years ago I noticed my teeth were starting to shift. I knew I didn't want traditional braces, and I was curious about Invisalign. After meeting with the doctor, she agreed and it would take about 6-7 months for treatment. They made the process so easy!
