When I went into the office for the first time for the consultation, I noticed how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. ***update: I got my braces off and I'm still so super happy with everything about Dr Hong and his staff. They were so accommodating and helpful and I looked forward to going in each month. Dr Hong explained everything to me and answered all questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone! I found Hong Orthodontics here on Yelp. I called and was immediately able to go in for a consultation. Cindy was so helpful and nice! As were the rest of the staff including Dr. Hong, it's great that they know me even my second time coming in. They talked to me about the benefits of each type of braces and gave me very reasonable estimates. I had an appointment with the dentist next door a month later and they were able to talk to them and get me squeezed in for x rays that day and deep cleaning the next so I could get my braces on sooner. I broke a bracket and was able to get it fixed within a few days (my work schedule was the main conflict and they worked with me). I had to go back to get a wire trimmed a few hours later and they helped me out and gave me extra wax. I go in for my first tightening today and I'm nervous but know I'm in great hands! :) read more

Everyone here, including Dr. Hong and the rest of the team, is very kind and accomodating. I did Invisalign treatment for about 2 years due to an open bite that was causing TMJ issues. I couldn't chew properly but just after a few months of treatment, I could eat anything. My bite has closed up and now I just need to wait for my retainers to come. I love Dr. Hong! Both my daughter and I got our braces done there and I could not be happier with the results. I was given all the information I needed in detail at our first appointment. It was nice to have my photos and xray done in the office. Some offices you send you elsewhere to get that done and you have to wait for them to be sent to the dr. The office is nice and very clean. The staff was great! Always friendly, smiling and immediately greeted you upon entering. Appointments were always quick. That says a lot about how efficient the office runs. It's nice to be able to go in and be out within (at most) 20 mins from entering the office to exiting. What I really liked was that each time I went in, Dr. Hong would exam and ensure my treatment was on track. If it wasn't to his satisfaction , he would retreat the area of concern. Im not gonna lie, I will miss having them and seeing Dr. Hong and his staff monthly. I am so freaking happy with my results. I asked them if they could give me the retainer mold, so that I can make a retainer again later near me. The reception said "No" in the beginning, but I asked the dentist who promised me to give it. Because of my age and my underbite, they all said I would have to get jaw surgery before getting braces put on. But Dr. Hong was the only orthodontist that had alternative options.
