The first time I saw Dr. Seini was for a routine cleaning, which was fine. The second time, I had been referred by my primary care physician. I had a small sore on my tongue that wasn't healing, and he wanted me to get a nightguard to make sure I wasn't irritating it at night. Dr. Seini upsold me to Invisalign, because my lower teeth are slightly narrowly set. It turns out, it was cancer. I went through several months of continued pain waiting for the Invisalign to come in. When I was seen for my final fitting, the tumor had grown extremely. Dr. Seini took a picture to share with another dentist, but otherwise just said she didn't know what was going on. She saw me a couple more times to put on the attachments. Meanwhile, I had gone back to my PCP, got referred to an ENT, was biopsied, and was informed of my diagnosis. By the time of my operation, the tumor was Stage 3, and between 1/3 and 1/2 of my tongue had to be removed. I have since learned that dentists are usually the front line for defense against oral cancer. Often, dentists will perform an oral cancer screening, which is a simple blacklight test. Even had Dr. Seini not known about that, she could and should have referred me to an oral surgeon or back to my PCP - as someone who supposedly knows oral care, she absolutely should have known that a tongue lesion is something to be examined closely. Instead, I'm down 6k on Invisalign that I never wanted, and half a tongue. Check out my cool graft in the photo. That said, the front desk staff woman is incredibly nice and competent. The hygienists also seemed good. But don't trust Dr. Seini with your mouth, or your life. read more

This is a very busy dental office. I found them thru yelp, and went in as a cash patient. The cleaning was $99 but they charge you for x-rays / full exam, even though you only come in for a cleaning. I guess they require it for new patients. It was an ok cleaning I guess with a few mishaps. - The tech did not suction the water (that is flowing behind the cleaning tool), so I upchucked water on myself 2x. They didn't have papertowels nearby to clean up so I had to wait for them to get me some. - When I got home over the next several days, my floss still got stuck in my teeth. So I searched for another place to get a cleaning about 1 month later. - I think the tech is supposed to floss as part of last steps to make sure they got everything out There were some issues raised to suggest I needed to get replacements such as on my crown (that crowns only last 10-15 yrs or something) and costs $950. - I had to go get a 2nd opinion about it. The 2nd doctor said it was not necessary at this time. But the good news is, the visit inspired me to get dental insurance due to the possible need for a crown replacement in the future. So it was a good warning to do preventative care in the future. read more

Coming here is very fast and efficient. Dentist visits are usually a drag so if you're someone who doesn't have much time to waste, it's very convenient to come here.
