My wife and I just moved from west end Vancouver to Metrotwon and had a recommendation from a friend to use ProShip Moving. They were awesome! I had gone back and forth a few times to decide if we needed to hire movers, or if we could just do it ourselves. Anyways, this was the best choice we could have made. A big thanks to the guys who helped us with our move. Great crew! Very nice, friendly, and hard working. They made it look easy. Not only do they come with all the necessary moving equipment: dolly, ramp, wardrobe boxes, moving pads, etc.; but they were diligent with our items and were careful about the walls, door frames, etc. when moving things in and out of the two houses. Quickly helped spot each other for the large or heavy items when needed - which I appreciated so my furniture didn't take a beating by someone being a bit over zealous trying to do it all on their own. At their recommendation, they even helped put felt pieces on the furniture legs during delivery so they wouldn't damage the floors in our new house (we purchased these on our own - does not come with service). They wrapped every piece of furniture at the old place and unwrapped it at the new house after placing it in the respective room. They went above and beyond. After scheduling, we had a follow up phone call a couple of days before deliver giving us all the details and confirming service and crew showed up exactly on time.
