So I had to break down and buy boxes along with other packing supplies. I found Allworld through their great Google reviews. They sell commercial packaging supplies but they're open to the public. I was greeted immediately when I walked into the small "store" area. I explained what I needed, and it turns out they have moving packages based on the number of rooms you have. The one bedroom package has 10 small boxes, 16 medium ones, 6 large ones, a wardrobe box, 2 rolls of packing tape, packing paper and a marker. I was driving a Zipcar Prius so one of the staff checked to make sure everything would fit before they made the sale. Both guys were friendly and super helpful. Hopefully I won't have to do another move for a long time, but I will definitely return if I ever need any packaging supplies. Go check them out!

The moving company (BungoBox, they work together like a dream) had me moved in by 5:15pm. Unpacking started at 9am, finished by 1:15pm. Moving boxes picked up by 2pm. AMAZING! Why the google review? *Your employees didn't reveal to me that my storage rate would go up every 6 months, I'm not happy considering I plan on being there long term. Also, you ripped me off with the referral program. -Oh your not happy? How about we hold your rate until January of 2026. After that though, your rate goes up every 6 months. *Oh okay, well I'll take the lock in rate, thanks, but there's no guarantee I will stay after that* -Okay great, can you please update your google review? *Sure, but keep in mind that it's against google's TOS to ask your customers to change their review.* Company doesn't disclose the fact that they will increase your rent only 6 months after you've been there by almost 20%. This information was not portrayed to me at all upon signing my rental agreement. Sneaky business practices. Just make sure you understand that you rent WILL go up by a lot after 6-9 months. My partner and I have had nothing but troubles with this company upon joining. It took them 6 weeks to fix a lightbulb in my partners storage unit. They kept making excuses. Now the company is trying to enter my partner's unit without permission to 'fix' something and demanding he give them a key. I'm sorry, but what? Something just aint right. I moved my schedule in order to help them out. Then when it came to pickup they did not show up. Their reasoning was that I had not responded to an email confirming pickup. Naturally as anyone moving would be, I was busy and missed the email. It is not a good look that they would not honour a default pickup date. They indicated that this is because they have a "busy long weekend". That's PR for they overbooked themselves. if you're trying to pay them to make your move easier, it certainly does not do that. Let's not forget the main value of the product is not having to be worried about buying boxes and disposing of them... When I contacted support they offered a pickup date 5 days later and $50 refund. $50 does not cover having to move a week of my plans around due to their overbooking. So now after a stressful move I have boxes in my apartment making it difficult to move around. Taking up space that I would like to use to build new furniture, walk around in, etc. Frogbox made my move significantly harder not easier. I have previously used gorilla box and will use them moving forward.
