We arrived around 11am there were 2 parties going on and thankfully wasn't busy! Compared to the RP-Fresno location this is smaller but I actually liked it more than Rp. The play area is cleaner. Upon entry we were greeted. You have to sign waivers before you can enter. They had a self-serve kiosk or a QR code you can scan. At the time we arrived the kiosk was a bit lagging so it took a few minutes for us to get our waivers signed. It's about $20 per child (1+) and 2 adult for free per child. Socks are required, you can bring your own or you can purchase there. They give you bins to place your shoes in as it's a no shoe zone once they let you in (you can where your shoes in the bathroom area). They offer lockers for free, they sell snack and drinks. There's plenty of chairs and tables. Your admission is good for the whole day, so keep your receipt if you're planning to leave and come back before they . They have a room where the kids can have a dance party, or play projected arcade games. My husband and I tagged teamed our kids and we were only there for alittle over an hour and they KO'd in the car. If you're looking for a place to get your littles energy out this place is it, guaranteed fun!

I could see my child in the soccer playing area. A child from this school was also in the soccer area. This child from the field trip who appeared to be age 8-9 grabbed my child and was hurting him. My child's cousin who was nearby yelled at him to stop and tried to put himself in between my child and the field trip boy to help him to get away from my child. The field trip child then grabbed my nephews head and forcefully pushed it into my child's mouth and said the words "that's right."My child shaking and crying was able to come back down to me with a full bloody mouth. Cleaning him up and assessing him, he got two teeth knocked out by the force. As well as now he has additional teeth that have turned fully gray now due to the force and the trauma. There was no assessment from any representative from the school with there being at least 6 adults to chaperone this large group. No assessment of my child, no remorse, no care, and no communication to help this violent child be aware of what he just did. I was approached by a women from the field trip and a man who started harassing me due to the situation, as they did not belive that one of their children could have done such a thing. The staff Mckenna and V were very kind to my family and I while trying to comfort my child who was severely injured as well as being harassed by an adult (s) with this school. Come to find out I was informed by staff that corporate moved this field trips time so there was no floor staff to help supervise. Our experience here has been traumatic. Despite myself watching my child play, you have to be reminded that you cannot control other children whom are violent. Kids empire corporation has been notified and we have reached out multiple times but there is so remorse, no care, and no consequences as to what happened which is sad. The waiver you sign locks you in despite them being short staff and having no staff on the floor. My point of making this review is to remind people that come here that other kids and adults can be violent and there's no consequences. As well as having no staff on the floor to supervise is also pretty sad. Extremely unfortunate incident that could have been prevented since that child was violent a few times with others before this incident. It just happened to be my child that got his teeth knocked out. Just your reminder that there are unkind people in the world, and to keep your child glued to you to prevent other violent kids attacking yours and don't rely on any staff to keep the area safe. I understand there's kids playing and a mess will be made again but come on .. the painting area needed refilling, the paint containers were near empty and the paper for the area as well. Keep things stocked so they're actually be able to be enjoyed. Why can't the staff stay on top of these things ? & the thing is, it's been like this EVERYTIME I've come .. that's pretty sad. It was also pretty hot in there since it's summer but the worker couldn't even bother to turn on the fans.. these may seem like little things but they definitely add up. Especially with little ones. The activities each day were superhero themed, and the kids did crafts besides just Lego things, too. They also email you a link the first day to a google drive where they post a few pictures each day so you can see what your kid has been up to. I thought this camp was a great investment. Long enough for him to have fun and for me to get things done, but not so long that the whole day was gone or it got boring. They still have some camps this summer. Definitely worth doing!

The sweetest kids gym in the valley…read more We got the monthly pass for our daughter and it is SO worth it. We've done a couple classes but quite a few practice and plays and she loves it. My mom heart also loves that she has somewhere safe and clean and out of the valley heat to play her little heart out. The IOS app is a cinch: showing up, dropping in, canceling, rescheduling - it's amazingly easy. I appreciate how much love and care staff gives every child. Everyone is ready to put a smile on these babies faces and do their best to help out the struggling parents (myself included) haha! 08/12/2026 was my first official date of enrollment at MyGym. I was so excited and happy to start…read moreweekly classes. I was looking forward to enjoying more classes. However, I had a disappointing experience on the first day of class. I saw three staff members in the facility that day with two employees on the gym floor. None of the employees discussed the membership agreement or policies with me on the first day of class or asked me to sign a membership agreement. Typically, a membership agreement is customarily signed on the first day of class, usually before the class starts. On 08/03/2026, Coach Angie texted me to confirm enrollment and stated "We will go over our membership agreement with you on that date and go over all our policies as well:)." During circle time, Coach Angie skipped my child and had all the other kids say their names when introductions occurred. My child was not given an opportunity to tell the class his name. I was sitting in the circle but my child was ignored. A coach's responsibility is to keep track of all the kids in the class and ensure that every child is given an opportunity to say their name as every child present needs to be given a turn to say his or her name. It is part of their participation activity and important for learning turn taking. It is common sense for everyone to be introduced during circle time if the child is on the gym floor. It is a basic courtesy that all kids must get an opportunity to introduce themselves whether or not they are sitting in the circle or not. Coach Angie did not follow the best practice of "Hey, you over there, what's your name?" As a facilitator, it was her responsibility to at least attempt to ask my child his name once or twice. However, she did not make any attempts. The facilitator needs to acknowledge each child and let him know it is his turn. Coach Angie was aware that I was sitting in the circle, but she did not bother to look for my child even though he was right behind her. After circle time ended, I informed Coach Angie that she skipped my child and asked her to please ensure it does not happen again. Coach Angie did not apologize. The discussion lasted approximately for less than one minute (class is about one hour long). I then proceeded to send a text message to inform the owner, Jordan. I requested that Coach Angie receive training as she needs to work on creating an inclusive environment for kids. I also requested to pleasure make sure this does not happen again and to please make sure the issue is addressed at Tuesday's staff meeting. On the next day, 08/13/2026, Jordan sent a text message canceling my membership in retaliation for filing a complaint the day before and told me not to attend any future classes or events. Jordan chose not to give me a warning or a second chance or a notice of what policies and terms were violated. She did not offer me an opportunity to explain. Jordan also did not apologize. Jordan did not confirm whether staff will receive any training or not. Jordan stated she "received multiple reports from staff regarding interactions that have made them uncomfortable, and we also received concerns from other parents regarding the interaction that took place during last night's class." I was not given details about how there are "multiple reports from staff regarding interactions" since the discussion with Coach Angie was one interaction. I did speak with Coach Dorothy on 08/12/2026 and it was simply to ask her name and to thank her. I cannot imagine how this would have made her feel uncomfortable. I was not made aware of the "multiple interactions" as nothing was discussed with me over the phone, by e-mail or in-person by Jordan. Jordan never notified me orally or by text and did not call me to address any of these alleged "multiple interactions." I only heard of these "multiple interactions" after I filed a complaint. None of the parent's concerns were brought to my attention prior to filing the complaint. It is not possible to have made "multiple interactions" with staff as 08/12/2026 was my first day of class. It appears that Jordan has me confused with another individual. 08/12/2026 was also my first and only complaint to one staff member and the owner. When did the previous interactions occur? Why were those previous interactions never brought to my attention? What were the issues the previous interactions involved? How many parents in the class filed complaints due to this interaction? The text message states one parent and parents in another sentence. How do parents decide whether another parent is removed from MyGym? All of these questions are left answered. I followed up by texting Jordan to call me on 08/13/2026 and I also called and left a voicemail however MyGym Clovis did not reach out to contact me any further.
