Now is my turn to write a review for Dr Sokransky and his office. I have been looking for a new dentist recently and did a lot of research to find the one who I can trust with my dental health. One day I came across VS DentalGroup, as they were supporting Allen Elementary school my children attend. I liked their office name as it was catchy and I tried looking them up online. I have discovered a lot of excellent reviews and decided to visit their office myself. From the very beginning of my appointment I felt at ease. The doctor has laid back personality is very easy to talk to. He was very genuine and caring. He definitely took his time to review my concerns and answer all the questions I had. There was no pushing for unnecessary treatment unlike some other offices where you feel like at used car dealership. Dr Sokransky is great with kids as well! I can tell you that he is my family dentist for life and all the positive feedback he has is absolutely true! This dental office is Frisco's Best kept secret! read more

I've been living in Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex for over 25 years and have seen my fair share of dentists, dental offices, dental hygienists, etc. Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of dental office visits but I do understand the importance of good dental health and what it takes to maintain it. Since my favorite hygienist decided to retire more than 4 years ago I've been in constant search for a replacement. Now, I'm excited to report that I have found it. A friend referred me to VS Dental Group and my first visit was nothing short of a revelation. Great convenient location, friendly and pleasant staff, great professional service, but what really stood out for me was how thorough Dr. Sokransky was with my dental exam and the level of detail with which he explained what is really happening inside of my mouth. I think this is the first time I have ever took the time to write a review on here, but I think it is well deserved. I moved to the Dallas area 4 years ago. It has been extremely difficult to find a dentist in this area that sincerely cares and isn't just about trying to sell you unnecessary services/procedures. That being said I am glad I found Dr. Sokransky. He was able to get me right in for my regular semi-annual cleaning and x-rays. His facility is extremely clean and he uses the latest technology. He spent a lot of time explaining and educating me on the overall health of my teeth. He didn't waste time trying to tell me that I needed an expensive toothbrush or invisalign , like most dentists in the area do. He is very personable, professional, and sincere. Very pleasant experience, I had an emergency during a 3 day weekend where my crown unexpectedly fell out. I didn't know what to do or where to go and my family has recommended Dr. Sokransky to me. I gave them a call and they immediately responded and took me in the same day. I was very worried and upset that such a situation has come up, but the friendly staff, Katarina and the doctor took care of the problem right away. In the end, I was very satisfied with the job as well. I have gone to multiple doctors over the last few years and my crowns have been known to fall out after a short period of time. The crown Dr. Sokransky has placed has been there the longest time and is still holding on very well. Best Dentist Ever! 100% Pain Free! Thank You Sm!! I need to have a root canal done and was in serious pain not only did they squeeze me in last minute but they worked with my insurance and were very nice and friendly. They were very open and answered all the questions i had and were 100% pain free when pulling nerves out of my tooth it was like magic. Not even kidding you i was so comfortable i could have fallen asleep, probably because i finally was pain free from the anesthesia However i hadnt been to a dentist in months and i have to go back for a crown because of my poor dental hygiene. I hadn't visited a dentist in over 5 years since moving back to Texas. My teeth were foul. After taking X-rays with some fancy contraption, Dr S. started cleaning. But first he numbed me because the cleaning was going to be deep and intense. I thought he was joking when he mentioned using a sand blaster, because both he and Katerina were so funny and quick-witted during my visit. But he wasn't joking about the sand blaster and I sure am glad he decided to numb me before hand. All that aside, Dr S and Katerina got my teeth looking better than 5 years ago when I last visited a dentist, and all without pain. My wife and 2 young boys will be going next, and I have a follow up scheduled for 6 months out. These guys rock! read more

I have recently moved to Texas and hated an idea of finding another dentist, you know how it goes ;) As it always comes unexpected one of my old fillings came out and I was forced to go and get it fixed. I have asked one of my friends and she recommended VS Dental as a place with good customer services, good dentistry and affordable prices that are important to me as I don't have dental Insurance. From the moment I called for the appointment, to the time my appointment was over, I felt I was in good hands. It is never easy to move to a new area and start all over again. I had a dental emergency during my trip to Frisco. I am not very familiar with the area and Yelp app helped me to find VS Dental Group. This dentist office has great reviews and they were able to see me the same day. I was very nervous as I am not biggest fan of dental visits. Dr Sokransky was very laid back, tried to explain every step of the procedure. Everything was virtually pain free. My emergency was addressed, i got so comfortable with the office, and even decided to get my cleaning. I already have a dentist I can trust, in case I ever move to Frisco. I love these people!! I had to get an infected root canal (that a previous dentist messed up) taken out I was in so much pain.
