I have been going to Dr Wade for years now and cant say I haven't found anyone else as good because she is the best so i haven't gone anywhere else. Let me start by saying the terror that comes with all things dental... yuppers i have it!! Full on sheer terror of the dentist. On top of that i have a teeny tiny mouth and tmj which makes dental exams a double nightmare :) Just walking in the staff is always friendly and prompt which is great because no one likes being stuck waiting and that simply doesn't happen here. They know I have my issues with their "field" of choice and am quickly eased with a warm neck roll, a blanket, some dark shades to block the visuals, numbing gel, and of course some relaxation gas ... this is my calming combo. Between Cheryl and Aurelia they are so calming and gentle!! They make sure to always put my needs first , make small talk, be sure to explain my dental health from past to present, and keep me occupied through out... before I know it Dr Wade is in for my exam!! Dr Wade is just a plethora of knowledge and always has keen advice on how to maintain the best oral health. There is no rushing through to get to the next patient and will answer any questions you have. All I can say is WOW!! The staff and everyone at this practice is so caring, professional and really know their stuff. I am a cancer patient and radiation destroyed my teeth. My teeth were breaking off and extremely discolored and that was only the start of my issues. Dr. Dana worked tirelessly with my oncologists and oral surgeon to plan an incredible restoration plan where other special oncology dental professionals had failed. Her support and genuine concern for my case touched me. Even offering to attend my oral surgery. It's taken almost a year but results are Fantastic!!! As a woman, I am not afraid to smile or wear lipstick anymore. Teeth have to be white and perfect for this guys. I am not the emotional kind of woman with all I have been through, but the finished work brought me tears of joy. God works miracles through these ladies and gives them insight to solve issues. My 23 yr old daughter sees the practice for regular cleanings. She receives advice regarding diet and dental health that answer questions we have had for years. Dr. Wade and everyone in her office are so kind, friendly and inviting. I get so nervous with just a cleaning, but they provided nitrous and numbing gel for no extra charge! They really are all about the patients comfort. Also, Dr. Wade takes a holistic approach. The minute she saw my daughter, she asked if she had trouble sleeping or stomach upset - yes to both. Turns out her tonsils we way over sized. She could tell all of this from the wear on her teeth and a visual exam. Dr. Wade is the Tiffany's of dental care!! Dr. Wade routinely goes above and beyond to support my dental health while helping me best manage my dental phobias and treatment anxieties. When my recently crowned upper-left canine fractured above the gum line on Halloween night, Dr. Wade came into her office over the weekend to create a fake tooth for me. She communicated with me on her cell phone and devoted her weekend time to ensuring I wouldn't be toothless at work. Can you imagine? Have you EVER heard of a dentist or other medical professional going to this length to help a patient?? I've been a patient for several years and even though I was accustomed to Dr. Wade's stellar service, I was still stunned she made such an effort for me. As context, I have put off major dental work for years, comfortable in my excuses that I was too busy at work and that I couldn't afford the expense.
