I've been going to ParkHaven for the past 1.5 years and every visit has been good. Upon entering the staff is very welcoming & they call you by name, which makes your visit feel special. Even if they are just looking at the schedule screen, at least their taking the initiative to acknowledge you. I can't remember the name of the dental assistant I normally have but she is very kind, honest & keeps a smooth conversation. Overall, I haven't had any issues & they make sure you have enough reminders to remember your appointment without blowing up your phone, which is a plus! I can not speak more highly about the awesome service I received by Dr. Scott Pincus and his staff. One of my front teeth broke to the gum. I called at 7am as a new patient with an emergency. Angela at the front desk was so kind and called me back saying the doctor would fit me in. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. My visit today was for a very concerning dental issue. I called at 6:30am because I had a major concern with a tooth that kept me up all night. Keep in mind that I have not seen a dentist in a very long time. So it was bad for me to have to call!! The website said their office opened at 7am. I was just trying to hear the office message since they were closed. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and we are off to taking care of this dental problem. They got me in and my check-in experience was exceptional. (Unfortunately, I wish I remembered her name.) I was called from the waiting room by Helen. And she is a true professional! I had very high anxiety and she was so cool and comforting!! My procedure was explained to me by Dr. Dang in great detail with a plan to get this problem taken care of once the infection was under control. When cleaning my teeth she was gentle and always checked to make sure I was comfortable and pain free! Jason came in and took my x-rays making the process quick and easy. Misle Kebede did my exam and answered all my questions. After my exam Jason walked me out and kept me company until the lady at the front desk was able to wrap up my appointment. I am nervous about going to the dentist, to say the very least. I get very panicked and, yes, I even cried a little over something as simple as x-rays. Even knowing it's illogical and that everything will be fine I can't help it when all the machines are in my face. Today I had to have a cavity filled by Dr. Jeema Dad. I was as anxious as ever, especially without the sedation since I had an appointment immediately after, but she and her hygienist were very sweet to me and checked in with me at every step to make sure I was still okay and to give me a breather without everything in my face. It was borderline coddling but considering my racing heart and way higher than normal blood pressure I appreciated it very much. This might seem like basic care from the outside looking in but she actually got me to relax by the end of my filling, something I've never been able to do without sedation. It helped that she numbed me so well to make sure I didn't feel anything she was doing that four and a half hours later I still sort of feel like I have a fat lip from the numbing. Friends of mine see Dr. Pincus and love him and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dad, Parkhaven Dental is just fantastic and I'm glad to have found them! read more

Can't say enough great things about this practice. My bond that covered up a chip on my front tooth fell out this morning (Friday) and I am going to a tradeshow for work on Sunday. I immediately freaked out thinking there was NO WAY I was going to be able to get it fixed before the weekend and my friend recommended that I call ParkHaven Dental Care. They got me in within the next 10 minutes!! When I got to the office, the entire staff introduced themselves to me and everyone was so friendly! Then I met Dr. Scott Pincus who was one of the nicest and upbeat people I have ever met. He fixed my bond in the blink of an eye and had me out of there within the hour. The bond looks PERFECT. Great service during Covid. They come out and take a temp check and then take you right into a dental chair. I had both a cleaning and a fitting for a mouth guard and was impressed both times with how efficiently and quickly they got you in and out. No sitting around and waiting here. The cleaning and check were nice and thorough. And they have a lot of nifty innovations- I have been told for years that I grind my teeth but was not willing to do the whole tray of goo to get a fitting.
