I did not find out until I was on the table taped up that she was new at extensions. Turned out I needed a full set with removal of older extensions. I was on the table for 4 hours and 15 minutes...! This is not an exaggeration. She apologized profusely and thanked me for my patience. My husband actually started to walk to the salon because he was worried about me. If I had known going into the appointment that my tech was practicing I could have made an informed decision. But like I said... she was very sweet. We did miss a dinner reservation, though. A discount on the time spent for her practice would have been nice. Fast forward 3 weeks... trying to make an appointment for a fill with someone a little more experienced. They said their online booking system regularly has glitches and doesn't actually book the appointment when used. In my line of work, I couldn't even imagine being able to stay in business if I treated people like that.
