What was concerning was the tone and attitude displayed by the two employees we interacted with, one of whom identified herself as Maranda and the other who may have been a manager. Rather than receiving friendly and helpful customer service, we felt we were met with a snide and somewhat sarcastic demeanor. The communication came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made an otherwise simple shopping trip uncomfortable. Customer service is often what distinguishes a great retail experience from a poor one. Unfortunately, the interactions we had today did not reflect the level of service we would expect from a national retailer like Ulta Beauty.
