Problem with this station is that there are no vending machines and not knowing the area. Hard to venture out with luggage in tow to look for edibles. No luggage check ins here. My bus was delayed but no announcements were made. A lady employee finally came out to tell passengers there is delay due to traffic but no eta for bus. After that, no more updates. Bus came 1 1/2 hours later with passengers standing around. Where was the customer service? This station. Is not busy with lines of passengers making inquiries and there were two employees.

Depending on which zone you're getting on and off will determine the price that you pay. Just remember that you need to pay before you board. You can scan your Clipper card at their kiosks or buy one on-site. Pro tip: if you have an iPhone you can set up a digital transit card and refill your transit card with your credit card. If you're going northbound you'll have to go under the tunnel to get to the right platform. This is a pretty big station and was pretty clean.

This room was $1300 for 2 people and came with a private bathroom. The train is very old & the entire room was the size of a closet. The sleeping quarters were unbelievable uncomfortable. And two people could not comfortably fit in the bed down below so one had to sleep in the bunk bed where your face is 6 in. from the ceiling and if you're over 6 ft tall you have to sleep in fetal position. There is no room to move. The toilet backed up. The air conditioner/heater didn't work properly. The one chair in the room was broken. Since I came home yesterday, I am still trying to get a hold of Amtrak to get compensated since this room wasn't all that was advertised. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the service was very good. The people working on the train were very nice. But I can honestly say it was one of the worst vacations of my life. And I will NEVER overnight stay on a train again.

If you are here in the morning or late evening, you can see a lot of people boarding the tram here. Although this tram station is very old, it's a very interesting how the set up is. There is a really weird art installation full of weird photos that actually move. It's so funny. Sometimes I would get off here to take a look around and ponder upon the moving pictures. Sometimes you get people's faces on the screens, other times you see scissors, power cords and electric wires that are reflective of the trams that stop by. Benches are very clean and strangely enough very sanitary. During the overnight hours you will see no shortage of cleaner dudes in this area.
